Basicly Devolve and Arcane Missiles in one. Seems really good! Cheap transform effect. Allows you to play 2 transform effects in Highlander decks. (This + Polymorph in mage, and Hex in shaman) 3 Missiles are often enough, but i do wonder: can these missiles hit the same target multiple times? If so than this might be a bit less reliable, but still amazing! Imagine someone dropping a Khartut Defender, and then you cast Devolving Missiles to turn the Khartut Defender into a random 3 drop. Also this card screws over ress-priests over A LOT. and I LOVE EVERY SECOND OF IT!
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Never been a fan of Devolve effects. It's basically a better Silence. Any deck built around card effects like Deathrattles or buffs just get neutered with zero counterplay. This is effectively a 1 mana "Silence 3 random enemy minions and then replace them with crappier minions that have zero synergy with your deck". The only bad hits are high cost low-stat minions and those are easy to kill off first due to the low stats.
On top of the Devolve RNG, you also get hit based RNG to make it even worse. This can either completely neuter your board into something utterly terrible and just give your opponent the win, or it doesn't do much at all but then the opponent has only wasted one mana.
Yes, it screws over Rez Priest. That is literally the only positive thing about it. Everything else about it will make the opponent smash their keyboard when the RNG screws them over and turns their 8/8, 5/5 and 4/6 board into a bunch of high-cost low-stat crap minions for 1 mana.
Nice one for both classes I guess. Devolve saw play in Shaman back in the days and Mage won't mind to have yet another spell to regain control of the board.

I guess we got our Multi Polymorph after all. I assume if only one enemy is on the board it will get devolved 3 times?
Either way it's decent "silence" for both classes. Mage as an additional control/anti-value tool, in Shaman possibly for tempo (it can enable better trades in the early game for just 1-mana which is huge)
Now this could potentially devolve one minion three times, which could make it strong against a single minion. Although, your opponent would need to have only a single minion that can be devolved three times for that to work.
Still though, it's a cheap spell with a decent effect, and people will rage over it.

This card looks super powerful. Devolve is a very popular card at 2 mana, and this is also available to Mages. I do wonder though if this can hit the same thing more than once. If so then it becomes a bit less consistent which is disappointing, but otherwise it might be too strong.
5 star artwork and concept. Made me do a double take in the reveal. Not as wide spread as Devolve but can hit the same target multiple times. This really does look like a community created concept and I love it.
Not really that good in my opinion. Yes, devolve was a good card. But that affected the entire enemy board, and its usually considered an AoE for small boards.
In situations where boards are anything higher than 3, this becomes a massive rng spell that only maybe do what its supposed to do, remove a threat. Kinda reminds me of Plague of Murlocs and will likely end up the same way.

Very nice card, devolve at 1 mana, and in mage.
Almost certain to go somewhere, and will likely be played for a long time.
Randomness is negligible, and the missile-ness of the spell is an upside if they have less than 3 minions in play.
This post is discussing the wild format.
if it can reduce the same minion 3 times this will be broken as hell
This card may actually lurk into Wild QMage and give the deck yet another dangerous anti-Aggro tool.
I see it was priced at 1 cause it's a "worse" Devolve but devolve is quite an insane card.. so..
I see this card as extremely toxic, I can see it getting nerfed to 2 in the future.
I thought they said there will be less rng. Definitely powerful and could easily be nerfed, but we'll see.

This! This gets all my upvotes
A puzzle box? What does it say? ... Yogi-Saffron something... sure, let's open it, what is the worst that could happen?
They make Rattlegore a card then also print this aside him it seems really strong since it's just Devolve but even more random.
Self proclaimed good at battlegrounds
So many people are going to hate this card when it gets played against them. I can't wait, lol.

I tried having fun once.
It was awful.

Resurrect Priest on suicide watch. Now if only non-mage could find cards like this in the form of random silences.

Can't wait to see this in Trolden videos when it hits a 1-drop 3 times.
Take my words with a grain of salt. I'm unranked and only play casuals lmao.
I like this card, primarily cause it hurts priest lol.
Good tech card against Deathrattle too. The ultra sticky Rattlegore comes to mind.
