I'm sure there's a lot of other implications, but right now I'm just wondering what Outcast will be like applied to the other classes. How much of an effect will is really have on the playstyle for warlocks or hunters who use the duel-class cards?

I can't imagine this card not being used at some point or another. It is very flexible and useful. There are a lot of Warlock decks and Demon Hunter decks that wouldn't mind getting an extra demon, and the buff is also nice. 5 stars.

This card effectively cycles itself by adding another card from your deck to your hand, and comes with the nice benefit of buffing both as well. Unsure if it will see play in DH, just because there aren't that many good hits besides Battlefiend. I suppose Sightless Watcher wouldnt be awful, but I don't think DH currently has the demon infrastructure required to make this card see play. Warlock on the other hand runs Flame Imp, Voidwalker, and Fiendish Servant in zoo, making it far more likely that this hits something cheap and useful.
5 stars for the name of the card. I was expecting a larger percentage of this set's cards so far to be puns. The card's effect seems interesting and fair so 3 stars.
I like that this is for locks as well. They had their fair share of "outcast" mechanics before, so it will fit them nicely. Now the question is - which demons are worth copying. Any good legendaries? - the prime maybe?

EU Legend: S52 (ZooHeal Lock); S76 (Highlander Hunter);
Tempo DH doesn't have time or the need to copy their weakest demons.
Big Demon Hunter could possibly use it, but that deck doesn't even exist and after the Priestess of Fury nerf I don't think it ever will.
For Warlock it's just a complete bust. Zoo probably doesn't care about this (not that it's necessarily bad, but I wouldn't waste a card slot on it) and Big Demon Handlock can't efficiently use the outcast effect (nor does it need to).
The only gimmick I could see is using it in a Quest deck where you aim to discount a demon to 0 with the hero power (or the Dark Portal) and then copy that one for a big tempo play, but that seems incredibly inconsistent.
Remember when Simulacrum was played in Quest Mage? Exactly.
...but Quest Mage was an OTK deck. There is no Demon OTK for Warlock or DH
But if there is one in the future..
then it would need to be one that specifically requires you to get more copies of a specific minion than you can put in your deck (which is why Simulacrum was used in the first place).
Needless to say that will never happen because Team5 have stated that they don't like uninteractive OTK decks and tend to curb them whenever possible. This is a value card, and an inconsistent one at that.

Good for big warlock and big DH, no good for pretty much nearly every warlock/DH deck. Just a super solid card. There HAS to be some big/strong dual class legendary for Both classes.
Also notable synergy with Flesh Giant, this turns 1 Flesh Giant in hand into (best case scenario) a *1 mana 18/18. THATS REALLY GOOD.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.

Looks good in either zoo or big demons for warlock.
Also looks good for a midrange DH.
There are legendary demons, are they? Because a 1mana get one good card gcard is definitely good enough to see play.
Well, this is certainly playable.

If you’re playing this, you’re gonna have a good target for it, so for 1 mana copying a good demon it seems pretty good
Who needs consistency when you could have fun?

Turn 3 I play the Concede card if I don't have removal in my hand.

10/10 pun, and very solid card all around.

looks terrible to be honest...

I tried having fun once.

Nice addition for zoolock. 2 4/3 Flame Imp looks strong on early.

Flesh Giant is not a Demon, so that won't be happening.
