it's all fun and games until she summons herself twice.
Yeah this looks almomst absurdly strong. Granted, one of your spawns will die to pings, but since it's a secret you can more often than not rely on your opponent just guessing wrong.
Not even sure if this can be considered fair at all. I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being nerfed at some point.
This seems pretty acceptable as a 1-card board dump. The 'illusion' effect is tricky to evaluate, but it will probably be fairly easy to guess as the opponent.
Not sure if this becomes a common pick for odd rogue, but it definitely can be used there as a finisher.
Not sure about this in mage. It's not great in secret mage and no slower mage decks want a card like this.
This can be a game winning or at the very least board winning card.

EU Legend: S52 (ZooHeal Lock); S76 (Highlander Hunter);
Just checked some the 5-cots minions in Standard. There are a lot of them and I checked just the first page. So you can get an Al'ar out of it, but also a Chromatic Egg or a Desert Obelisk. Many of them have Battlecries.
Random effect, one minion dies to anything, the other is paired with a 2/1.
Basically just a slightly better Former Champ in my opinion. Yes, the effect is still summoning two 5 drops at 5, but since its still an rng effect to get a taunt or a rush minion, and both classes can't heal, its still a major risk playing this card since its basically a 5 drop do nothing most of the time.
Faceless Corruptor's just more consistent in rogue, and in mage, well, I'm not sure. Its rare for mage to be able to play any minion on an empty board, so this in my opinion is not really that good on either class.
I think this will be powerful the same way secrets in wild are powerful, not so much for what it can do on it's own for board presence, but because of the uncertainty it can create in your opponent. Depending on the situation, they may have to make a risky gamble that doesn't pay off for them, or even hold back a move to buy time for a more certain spending of resources.
Doesn’t look that great to me, but it could be decent. After all, you’d have to spend some resource popping the summoned minion, and 5 mana minions are right about the spot where minions can start to get kind of threatening to leave on the board

I would have prefer lower stats on the summons and a "good effect" on the minion that doesn't die to any damage. Regardless, I like fun cards and this seems fun.
In Rogue there's a clear synergy with Bamboozle, but it's hard to imagine anything about that play would be secret - if your opponent sees you have a secret up, they'll assume Bamboozle, and depending on what 5-drops you get, may very easily determine which is the one that dies instantly (e.g. you're probably not going to make Earth Elemental the vulnerable one). So, it may be too easy to play around this even with support.
In Mage the case for this seems harder to make. There's no synergy with Spells Only Mages, where minion generation is particularly valuable, and currently there are no secrets like Duplicate and Splitting Image which would better support this the way Bamboozle does in Rogue.
All that said, I don't think this is a bad card. Obviously it's very vulnerable to any cheap AOE, but if result is that your opponent spends a card and you're left with a random 5-drop (albeit injured), that's a decent trade. And if your opponent doesn't have any AOE, they may be stuck attacking into what is admittedly a lot of tempo for the price, potentially making bad trades as they go to test for "instant death." And in cases where you get a particularly good deathrattle (e.g. Convincing Infiltrator, Waxadred, Totem Goliath, or Scrap Golem, etc.), the "instant death" downside may be easily mitigated.

I really don't know about this card. On one hand, it just makes random stuff. On the other hand, it can make a lot of stats. Somebody mentioned pairing this with Khadgar or Conjurer's Calling to get a bunch of extra stats, aside from that though I don't see where you would use this card.
So this is where jandice come. Spicy and flavorful effect, but on reality i feel that this is not that powerful, maybe wrong. But its good to have bad stats on a 5 mana slot for evolve and devolve shenanigans.
I count it as another pointless, meme legendary, that you would never craft. It looks to me like it wouldn't naturally fit in any archetype of either class, even highlander, since it is just a weak, inconsistent boardfill. If you have to think of specific scenarios and conditions where this would really shine, it's most likely not good enough.
And what exactly about this legendary's effect is of Rogue theme? Secret part (which, randomly only Druid had until now)? Summoning looks so opposite of what a rogue should do.
EDIT: AngryShuckie explained it's because of illusions she creates in WoW, now I like it a bit better. This is why I don't like discussion being separated, but I know why it's done.
For me, this is just a third bad legendary for Rogue this expansion, while dh continues op cards streak. In Wild, rogue is almost non-existent, any kind of control remains meme, and they don't print aggro cards for the class anymore. Very disapppointed. :(
For Rogue: Clearly has a lot of synergy with Bamboozle, as it will pretty much give you a "free" 8 drop.
For both classes: There are some deathrattle minions 5 mana, like Al'ar, Abomination and Recurring Villain that you can get from this. In wild you can highroll into Rotten Applebaum, [Hearthstone Card (Anubiseth Sentinel) Not Found], Feugen, [Hearthstone Card (Stallag) Not Found], Sludge Belcher and Skelemancer. So that's pretty good as well. (Note and you can of course highroll into Zilliax as well) This card is very RNG dependant.
Also the "negative effect" isn't as bad as you make your opponent use clears/removal to find out which minion dies after taking damage, and you can always pick the worst minion to get this effect. Also around the mid-late game (turn 5+) your opponent will generally have big clears that woud deal with a big board anyway, so if a minion would take damage around this part of the game, it would have most likely died anyway.
Mage will use Jandice Barov mainly in highlander decks, maybe some new version of Conjurer's Calling mage, and because it's super random it will certainly, without a doubt be used in WILD Casino/random mage.
Rogue will Jandice Barov in secret rogue to abuse the Bamboozle synergy, and in tempo rogue because Jandice Barov can give quite a tempo swing.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.

Another fine addition to my Casino Mage deck. Otherwise, I'm pretty optimistic about this card. Worst case scenario you're getting a random 5-drop with with +2/+1. The pick secretly aspect will almost never be relevant, but the amount of stats spread across many bodies is likely good enough to make it see play. It won't be deck-defining or meta-breaking, but it will be a strong inclusion in a number of tempo-based decks.
Hey guys I love you and out of cards web. So many positive comments in here. Not like at hearthpwn or hearthstone top decks, there are only weepers :(. It is pity that I did not find out of cards earlier. Thumbs up for all

Just too good, Khadgar and Conjurer's Calling synergy.

It was awful.

This post is discussing the wild format.

Oooff, another bad card for evolve mechanics, and there's only 8 good deathrattle cards (that have been revealed) that might be spawned.
I'm not liking this legendary. Difficult to find a place for it in any archetype unless it just fits in all? Doubt it

Who needs consistency when you could have fun?

Looks decent ... good synergy for Bamboozle. Mage could work with Conjurer's Calling. Still nice to get 5 Drops even if one of them can die easily.
