Obligatory Taunt Warrior card that's never going to see play.
I tried having fun once.
It was awful.
we saw such cards before 2 mana add 2 minions to your hand NEVER see play.
Let me just say how it should be for this card to see play in constructed it needs to cost 1 for consideration in the synergy deck or 0 if they are pushing it.
1 mana discover a card barely saw any play and even then it was only cause it costs 1 (hallucations)
and add 2 random cards to hand.. yes it should cost way less.
More Taunt Warrior support, but not nearly enough. Nice that it directly synergizes with the handbuff cards from last year, but the inconsistency of the card will likely make it outclassed.
Someone made a card very similar to this in a Fan Creation Competition. It seems like that is happening a lot in this set.
I don't think this card will be played much except for in Quest Warrior in wild. Normally this is just too random, but with Fire Plume's Heart it allows you to commit less cards in your deck to completing the quest. It is also 2 cards for 2 mana which isn't bad I guess.

Technically less random than astral rift, but still so very random that you would rather just run a taunt minion that you know is strong.
This post is discussing the wild format.
It gives you two extra minions which could then be buffed by something like Into the Fray or Armegadillo, which could be decent. That said, it probably won't see that much play.
I like this, may even add it to my highlander warrior deck.
Its not really that bad. But is there any reason why you'd play this instead of shaggy?
Maybe to chance a good taunt from another class? Too risky. And this has the problem of being a 2 mana do nothing as well.
Could be decent in some warrior decks (mostly control or highlander) but not sure if this will see play otherwise.

Wow a little support for taunt warrior.. And since this is a spell, you can get some early minions if u play a big deck.
Seems bad in standard to me.
BUT IN WILD, it's NUTS. This is one of THE cards Fire Plume's Heart warrior players wanted. It's just a shame it's even costed, so it can't be used in ODD Fire Plume's Heart warrior. (Which is a good thing i.m.o.)
Just general value generation. Can't wait to get Shieldbearer and Goldshire Footman!

Too much RNG. Maybe in Arena this will be some sort of good value card, but that's a big maybe.

This isn't taunt support, it's big support. You have no minions to play early and this gives you 2 that can also block damage. An auto-include in any big warrior probably, unless they go full boardclear which I doubt would work (Garrosh ain't no priest, am I right?)
This occurred to me too. Plus, running Armagedillo in a big warrior deck could make for some pretty powerful results, either in the mid game to buff In Formation! minions to stall aggro decks, or in the late game for double end of turn value with Dimensional Ripper

This spell is almost like Frightened Flunky and Twisted Knowledge were combined into one card, and the discover mechanic was completely thrown away.
What will hold this card back is the lack of consistency with Taunt minions - there's taunt minions for every mana in this game, meaning you could get a minion to play next turn or you won't have anything to play until turns 8 or 9.
Fortunately, this card does have excellent synergy with Armagedillo, who will grant the minions in your hand an additional +2/+2 if they have taunt.
If Taunt Warrior makes a comeback this card will be in that deck, but we'll have to see if Pirate warrior is still Warrior's go to for ladder climbing once Scholomance Launches on 8/6

This card is not worth playing, prefer a best of 3 + a 2/2 taunt rather than 2 random taunts and there are a lot of terrible ones by a lot I mean.. Look at the basic set, you pay 2 mana for 2 random minions? Why not get random dragons? Oh that card also didn't see play... We saw this effect over the years it's just not good enough.
Good in arena and in wild in Taunt Warior. In standard isn't enough
