Casino Mage is back. I always welcome fireworks in hearthstone, Blizzard just has to ban this from tournaments (and maybe make sure people can't randomly generate it there) and everyone would be happy.
I don't expect this card to be as powerful as the OG back in his day simply because of power creep. The standard spell-pool has some pretty nutty high rolls though, and cyclone mage can generate this with mana cyclone so it's bound to come up in tourneys.
Pulling this from Mana cyclone is going to be interesting. On one hand it's kind of a brick spell because 10 mana, but on the other hand it can win you games you have no business winning, especially with the new priest spell they printed.
I’m all for it. Look if it goes a bit wrong and it’s warping the meta - fine let’s nerf it. I think the card will be fun if you run into it occasionally and we can always nerf if it gets too much.
meme card but hell of fun. And the game is full of randomness (luck) so this one randomly generated and winning a game is anoying but minor. I agree in a turney it can suck if turning a game.
I think it's super underrated. It's literally just pre-nerfed Yogg since he's always killing himself anyway. The only thing holding it back is the fact that it's a mage spell. Yogg was classically played in druid because Yogg cleared complex boards pretty consistently and druids can't do that. Mages can clear boards reasonably well, so there's no reason to run this... unless they print some synergy
Of course, that won't stop this card from winning games in tournament settings because of random generation. Maybe it'll see a nerf due to people getting upset over that
This spell is better than current Yogg-Saron, Hope's End, because the spell is a guaranteed 10x casts, unlike Yogg, who may very well die before reaching that point.
Also, this spell fits any deck, with no requirement, while Yogg needs at least 10 spells to be cast before himself, in order to provide equal effect, in the best case scenario.
Once more, I regret having kept Yogg after the nerf. Such a waste of dust...
In Standard, it could easily fit a Midrange deck, maybe based on Big Spells. In Wild, you are either dead or winner before turn 10, either with Aggro or Combo.
I think this is a question team 5 didn't ask themselves while making this card.

I dunno 'bout you, but this will be my sole mission for Day 1 of the new expansion /s
This leads me to believe big spell Kalecgos mage will be pushed more this expansion.
This card sucks from an e-sports viewpoint, why does Blizzard insist on making these :/
Yoggers Poggers!
Oh damn... now mage can win unwinnable games with kalecgos without even having this card in the deck....
E sports lol.
They should have had Elise shuffle this into your deck, then playing it casts a random spell and puts Yogg in your hand.
Quick! Someone give me something clever to write here.
Not Bad.

Looking forward to it, wil definitely put in my deck, even if it has downsides to it.
I'm not online
it's just your imagination

need to stop underestimating them they have become more aware of the game balance.
btw it's a nerf to Mana Cyclone in that you are getting spells you can't actually play unless you are losing.
Undeniably a fun card, but obviously, fun is not the first thing people think of when putting together a Mage list at the moment.
A fun little Quest Theorycraft for Shaman. Just remember, the pen is mightier with the sword.
Praise Yogg!!!
Challenge me ... when you're ready to duel a god!
It's as bad as it is fun and i love it.
