    Can someone tell me what the hell they were thinking or why they won’t hotfix this?? Every game is 6 ppl going elementals and the other two brave souls losing. Whoever is lucky enough to gobble up the most key elementals win. Simple as that.

    Heroes are a mess right now too. If you are offered 4 of the 75% of bad ones your chances plummet as well. I’ve never seen this meta so bad. Even during the Gentle Megasaur days ppl still felt confident going another tribe since murloc early game wasnt amazing. 

    I think the 4/1 wf unit needs to go. It’s laughably strong and easy to buff unlike all other div shield unit. This sucks so much. Give me back my game...

    I think the real culprit is Gentle Djinn at tier 5. The others are okay. Crackling cyclone is a flexible and strong unit, but unless someone plays rag, or buffed it up with Nomi shenanigans, its mostly just decent in the late game.

    The problem is being able to deal too much damage in one turn and being unable to mount a comeback. Simply maxing the damage to tavern tier + 1 for each alive unit should make for much better and fun games.


    Elementals aren't the strongest, and this game mode was always dependent on who rolls something better first. That's not the issue. Having 2-3 bad turns in a row and no comeback mechanism is.

    played one game and watched some streams.. the elementals seem busted.. specially lil rag..

    too many elementals give permanent buffs..

    also the game mode have some insane lag a strategy game shouldn't be too much of an apm check.. specially when it's supposed to be more casual..

    Elementals are really dumb right now. They are the safest tribe to get top 4 with and also have insane highroll potential to straight up close out the games before anyone can react. The biggest culprit here is definitely Gentle Djinni being able to give free tier 6 units by like turns 7-8. Remove this part and I guarantee Elementals will be much weaker.

    However, Elementals do have a distinct counter with the divine shield poison spam garbage, and pirates weirdly enough, but you kind of have to aim to do these builds from the start of the game.

    I'm not sure I can blame one specific card but if I had to choose, I'd say the major culprit right now is Nomi, and the permanence of the effect.  The more general problem is how cohesive elementals are, which makes a "build" essentially "get Lil Rag and play as many elementals as you can."  An Elemental 'build' happens so much faster and easier than any other build that it's kind of a joke to play anything else really. 


    I don't know how they could fix this but I hope they start rotating the tribe soon.
