Nope! I think it was DragonDraena who was super close. It was a bug that happened last year that did exactly what the riddle states. The card is so useless it usually only surfaced in Duels

Is it one of the Kobold legendary weapons? Maybe Val'anyr?

A bugged legendary weapon that shows up in duels? My last guess, but possibly The Runespear?

Nor is it the Runespear! That weapon is already hella busted as it is....
