Almost 50 complains on their official forum and no response from blizzard yet. Did anybody make this into an official ticket already? If yes any news. Seems like quite a big thing actually...
I would assume that while the CEO is busy with the hong kong pr disaster the developers can still fix this big right...

Well apparently that's the reason nobody has any info in it. Almost feel I should post they are too busy with writing press statements/damage control due to blitzchung, but probably will get me banned (at least I assume they can act quickly on that one ) but it's still a horrible thing this goes unfixed for 5 days. Has anybody made any reddit posts about this? (I don't use reddit but I heard the hs team checks that now and then).
Due to the bug (I assume that's the case) I corrupted my solo adventure and it says I haven't beaten any of the bosses and all hero's are new,. While I'm no longer able yo start a new match (after choosing a hero it goes to main menu right away). This happened after another random disconnect. So be careful when you experience the problem.
Ah popup appeared about server maintenance planned for the 18th in EU.
Maybe it's related to the issue.

Maybe. I saw the same. Too bad it's one week from now. Would have expected a quicker response
To be honest, now it is happening to me 1 time a day tops. Before it was complete madness, it was freezing every second game. And i did not notice any recent update of the app.
New patch came today on Android (15.4.35057 according to Google Play), I can't find any details about it, but I hope that it fixes the issue.
Root cause was found, will be fixed in next patch. No ETA so far, no sign of any compensation yet:

Thanks for the update. I was tracking the other thread and there was no response there (even after creating a ticket to blizzard). Hope it gets resolved soon.
I guess a new patch will be released right after Halloween.

Problem with HS mobile version? Lol. First time?
Just give up dude Blizzard os dropping the ball hard on mobile for over a year now. Stick with PC. Ive given up on mobile for sometime sadly
I still have the problems - do I have to deinstall and install the whole game again?
I am still having problems as well, and uninstalling and reinstalling did not solve it. I never play on my PC, but I donwloaded it just to clear quests and get some of the event´s rewards.
I oppened a ticket on Blizzard´s site, but its still unaswered.
It´s a shame they drop the ball this hard during an event that should incentivize play.
Right now the game is unplayable.
Yeah I was ill last week and tried to play the game on a Galaxy Tab from bed ...
Fricking Hearthstone kept crashing reliably in PVP, particularly when there was a key play.
Went 1-2 on those crashes :(
Had a few but not as many crashes on PVE (tavern brawl vs. computer and adventure runs).
Playing on a Steam controller and several feet away from a monitor instead, not as comfy and definitely not as quick as mouse, but at least I won't lose to coding issues
I haven't been able to play the game for almost a week now, ridiculous.

Blizzard support send out another update, although that's mostly saying they don't have an ETA yet...
I imagine it is a complicated/deep bug, yet no ETA for the fix, after so many days, is unbelievable.
Especially for a game that is so deeply designed for mobile usage.

Btw I didn't mention anything about a dev replied but that Blizzard support didn't officially reply to the other thread.(now up to 175 posts).
It really seems they do not care or they have made such an enormous screw up that it's super difficult to fix....
