How to buy the pre-order (or anything) cheaper within Blizzard Shop without any problems/illegal actions?

Although I'm not going to pre-order new expansion because both options are too expensive for me, I would like show you how to buy Uldum pre-order cheaper with currency trick. It's widely known that Blizzard Shop is far more expensive than Google Store or Amazon Store because these stores have discount. If you don't want to bother with emulators for Amazon or Google, you can use internet country domains list as your advantage which I found by accident.
As an example, I reside in EU. Before this trick, if I had to buy something special/exclusive on Blizzard Shop:
With these in mind, what I really found by accident is: https://kr.shop.battle.net/en-gb/family/hearthstone (enter via VPN if needed. Opera would be a good browser to access with). It's South Korean link of Blizzard Shop, where the currency is KRW. When I take a look at Uldum-Mega Bundle, which was originally 80 USD/EUR, it was 80000 KRW (equivalent of 60 EUR or 68.42 USD). If you buy this bundle with this link -assuming there is no problem from your bank regarding currency conversion and/or region selection from Blizzard Shop while purchasing for your account-, you will get a fair discount.
In short, have a look at internet country domain lists and currencies Blizzard Shop is supporting. Then, if your bank can convert currencies without any hassle and no problem from region selection, change "eu" to "kr" or any country Blizzard Shop supports its currency. Keep in mind that all links of Blizzard Shop can't be entered via this trick (Example: https://shop.battlenet.com.cn/zh-cn). You need to try with trial-by-error: Either enter TLD at the start of the link or at the end of the link, with country codes in mind.
If I recall, Argentina/Brazil/Mexico links of Blizzard Shop have good discounts thanks to their currencies/policies or whatever. If anyone can share here, I think everyone can purchase bundles far more cheaper than South Korean link of Blizzard shop. I'm sorry that my English isn't that good but I think I did my best for a good tutorial.
You can change your Google-Play-Store Country to Mexico as well and just buy via Android-Hearthstone-App. It automatically changes currency. No need for vpn
Big-80-Pack 1290 MXN = 60.18 EUR
50-Pack 819 MXN = 38.21 EUR
Payment via creditcard
I am doing this since several expansions
+every other app is cheaper too =)
I remember of reading an article that follows the way as you suggested but I couldn't succeed of doing it. Perhaps, if you remember, you can share your trick? I would be glad to see how.
Well it was some time ago but i just followed instructions to change Play-Store-Country-Settings as explained here: https://www.makeuseof.com/tag/change-country-region-google-play-store/
I added Mexico and deleted old one (Germany). After restarting and probably reinstalling Hearthstone (cant remember) you can start hearthstone as regular and after clicking on buy the price appears in MXN.
I tried with my paypal account but that doesnt work. Creditcard (german) works perfect
When I go to change the country settings it tells me I can only do it once per year.
Yeah thats true. Just stay "in Mexico". I never switched back because the language setting is a different option. No need to change it back afterwards
I believe there must be a way to change country settings instantly. Otherwise, I think Argentina/Brazil/Mexico links of Blizzard Shop will be a good bet which is less risky for micro-transactions. If only there were a way to reach them... I couldn't find with all combinations I could think of :|
What do you mean with "instantly"?
Regarding Blizzard Shops: i think it is not possible to buy at the mexico store if that account is not based in mexico. The mexico shop is: https://us.shop.battle.net/en-mx
If you click that link you will probably be redirected to regular us-shop (USD). I have a mexico based (2nd-) account too and it only works to access that en-mx link if you are logged in to a MXN-Account.
/Edit: regular MXN-Battle-net.shop is even cheaper (no google / android fee): Big Bundle: 1100 MXN = 51,34 EUR
Logging in both the Korean and the Mexican shop worked fine for me (German Account). I tried it out until I was asked to select which server I want to buy the package for and then quit, because I still have to check out if my bank is fine with paying Korean money. So no, no redirection to your usual shop :)
Aside from that, the Korean shop seems to be cheaper than the Mexican. The smaller bundle is 38 Euro in Korea, 44 Euro in exico.
I notice I am confused. Something I believe isn't true. How do I know what I think I know?

I guess the "Knackpunkt" ;) will be completing the payment. I tried several methods and all failed in the process of payment. Try it out and tell us if it worked

No, thats not true. Small Bundle is 32.16 EUR (689 MXN) via battle.net and 38.21 EUR (819 MXN) via Play-Store so MXN is cheaper
Ah, sorry. You’re right, MXN actually did redirect me to US.
I will have a look into the paying process in the Korean shop and report back, though.

Thanks for this. Used the US store to purchase for EU (I'm from the UK) I also used Paypal and the total for both bundles came to £100 which saved me £15.
When using the KR store as mentioned I could only pay with Blizzard Balance, although it did appear that I could have topped up to make the purchase but didn't fancy risking it.
EU - TotemBiS#2281
I tried getting Blizzard balance on the korean site but got a message that I could only purchase balance in my local currency.
I believe payments can only work with credit card.
I wasn't able to select credit card as a payment option, only Blizzard balance
That's odd. I reside in EU, yet I can complete my purchase via credit card if USD is selected. By that logic, KRW should be available for both currency and card. Guess this method doesn't work well after all.
I am from Argentina (Currently living in spain with a no job visa) and I cant access the argentinian shop, it must be secured or sth so they dont loose that much money.
Right now I am buying from Argentina because a friend has my card details but cant do it from here.

I'm from Argentina too, and let me tell you, everything is WAY MORE CHEAPER than in other regions. Let me tell you some prices:
Keep in mind that some prices might get a 21% VAT due to some government laws.
*-*
I know you can buy pack with Amazon coins but is it really possible to buy a bundle with the coins?
I do it virtually every expansion. Just saved 18% which is pretty nice (not a sponsor btw lol). In my experience the only things that you cant buy are blizzard store exclusives - wild packs, wild adventures etc. Edit - responding to Lycaon, obviously I didn't click reply like I thought I did.
