My Hearthstone Ladder / Tavern Brawl / Arena Adventures - my wins, losses and fun times!
27th December update: Skillzero's WILD Ysera Unleashed Jade Druid: Nozdormu wins games! (1080p)Jade Idols. Ysera Unleased. 50 minutes. Me talking for 50 minutes - great for those of you that like listening to my voice / accent! Thanks to Skillzero for the deck - he will answer any questions you have.
This deck can have success against slow decks (Reno Warlock and Reno Mage), since you can outlast them. This deck can beat Secrets Mage with the armour gain - although, it is a very close matchup!
Highlights:0:19 Crafting golden Ysera, Unleashed. My Hearthstone life feels complete.3:33 Is it a Big Priest? A Reno Priest? Nope. It's Weasel / Albatross Deathrattle Priest! - oh and with Elise! (7:12).10:15 BEHOLD... into... birds. Fantastic :-)16:06 N'Zoth with no taunts coming back = game over.23:38 Dream Portals can help you make a comeback. Suddenly, we have a board.35:12 Secrets Mage is still a tricky matchup - but the armour buildup helps.44:10 And just like that, we come back into the game against the Renolock with Dream Portals. Wait........... why is the rope burning? Oh. Nozdormu.44:45 Nozdormu screws my opponent - they can't complete their turn :D55:35 Paladins are a problem.Deck code: AAEBAZICBlbpAZS9ApnTAtaZA/atAwxAig60uwLLvALdvgKgzQKHzgKY0gKe0gKE5gK/8gL2sAMAhttps://youtu.be/KIfaxbTq83U
3rd January update: Cyborg_1911's WILD Odd Galakrond Warrior: 1000 wins and causing concedes! (1080p)
A solution to the aggressive meta at the start of the season? Tank up!We also get 1000 wins with warrior in this video - a really cool moment for me.Finally, check out the concedes towards the end of the video :-) I'll take those wins!
4:25 1000 wins after beating Mech Paladin!
13:40 The Odd Paladin never stood a chance!
23:32 Oh the value.
24:30 Shudderwock before Galakrond. That's what we like to see.
25:32 Concede #1
25:55 Concede #2
26:45 We actually out-value a Jade Druid.

4th January update: Crazy Pigeon's STANDARD Galakrond Highlander Priest (1080p)
Thanks to Crazy Pigeon for this deck. This deck does a good job of countering some of the aggro decks that are out there. Also Priest is highly underrated at the moment. Give this deck a chance, and it can work wonders!Deck code: AAECAa0GHooHywjTCtcK8uwC4/cC9/wCoIADl4cD5ogDgpQDjZcDmJsD65sDoaEDpaED/KMD0aUDhKcDmakDn6kD2qwD8qwDha0D/q4Dza8DjrEDkbED47QDyMADAAA= #Hearthstone #DescentOfDragonshttps://youtu.be/7ivP8BL49is
5th January update: Kibler's STANDARD Highlander Galakrond Control Shaman: Nozari saves the day! (1080p)A slower, more control style of Galakrond Shaman - with Hex, Earthshock and Witch's Brew! This video features two games: 1) A very intense back and forth game against a 'normal' Galakrond Shaman2) A quicker game against a Face Hunter Thanks to Brian Kibler for the deck. You can see footage of Kibler playing the deck here: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/529871911Highlights:12:03 Nozari healing value! 16:23 Deathwing, Mad Aspect = easy counter to Doomsayer19:49 My opponent plays Deathwing, Mad Aspect #2 !! 21:15 Shudderwock heals me to full health - thanks to Nozari! 21:53 My opponent plays the ORIGINAL Deathwing - which discards the THIRD Deathwing Mad Aspect. Draconic Lackey has been really good to my opponent in this game! 23:12 Windfury on Alexstrasza is the best way to end a game.28:20 Freezing Trap on Kronx turns out really well for us! 9th January update: Chrischtili's WILD Galakrond Warrior: Calculating lethal can be hard! (1080p)Thanks to Chrischtili for this wild Galakrond Warrior deck - it can be aggressive and defensive as needed. Brann and Loatheb are great wild additions to the deck. It can find lethal out of nowhere! - although, calculating lethals is not my strongest attribute! Once I play more with this deck, I am sure calculating lethals will become easier!!!Deck code: AAEBAQcG1AX6DoUXkbwC47QDxcADDBzGFYKwAuTCAp3wAtitA9qtA/6uA6qvA9KvA/2wA4WxAwA=https://youtu.be/9VBENjIPkzo
12th January update: Knoepklapper's WILD Hadronox Druid with Ysera, Unleashed: So much value! (1080p)This deck can do it all. Survive against aggro. Out-value slower decks. Oh, and it has Ysera, Unleashed. My favourite card! I thought I played the first game well against the Secrets Mage. Then I felt the second game against the Secrets Mage was not played well at all on my part. But we still won :-) The third and final game against a Reno Dragon Priest went as expected - we out-valued him.I am not sure about Strength in Numbers side quest - is it worth including? - especially when it can pull out Ysera or N'Zoth. Would double Swipe be better? Deck author: https://twitter.com/Knoepklapper_HS Deck code: AAEBAZICCOCsAsu8Aq/TAovhAqCAA9aZA/atA4GxAwvpAZ7SAoTmAo3wAr/yAqGhA/2tA4yuA96vA/awA4WxAwA=
18th January update: Soda's WILD Murloc Shaman: Golden Murlocs = Better RNG? (1080p)
Last year, I thought I had all of the golden Murlocs I needed. I was wrong. I clearly need the golden quest too!!
Misplays in game 1 were painful - being too obsessed with clearing the board and sacrificing my Scargil before playing any Murlocs.
Game 2 went much better. Beating Mech Paladin proves that this deck has a place on the ladder and can perform well.

19th January update: Corbett's WILD Jade Dragon Druid: Who needs Jade Golems, when you have Dragons (1080p)
My obsession with Ysera, Unleashed continues. I have played Jade Druid before with Ysera, Unleashed. But what happens when you add more dragons to the deck? Thanks to Corbett for this deck (https://twitter.com/corbettgames).Deck code: AAEBAZICBJS9ApnTAtaZA/atAw2KDrS7Asu8AqDNAofOApjSAp7SAoTmAr/yAuyJA/2tA4yuA/awAwA=
25th January update: Tranxit's WILD Old Gods Reno Mage: 14 Health Doomsayers rule! (1080p)I was looking for something fun. I found it. Old Gods. Reno. C'thun lethals. I am not brave enough to try this on the ladder (yet). Perhaps I will change my mind soon... 1st February update: MarkMcKz's STANDARD Transmogrifier Warlock: Random legendaries are good, right? (1080p)
Transmogrifier + Elekk + Plot Twist? What if we add Fel Lord Betrug to the equation? A deck that is more fun to play, rather than competitive? 25:45 Ragnaros endings are always cool :-)Deck code: AAECAf0GCO0FzAic+AKggAOPggOJnQProwPrrAML2wa2B+EHxAj1gAPalgPamwPjmwOhoQO7pQOMsQMA
2nd February update: Knoepklapper's WILD Hadronox Druid ft. Da Undatakah (1080p)Winged Guardian is an awesome card. Taunt. Reborn effect. Can't be targeted by spells or hero powers. Underrated and really hard for your opponent to get through. The perfect taunt to bring back through Hadronox. This deck also features Da Undatakah! Deck code: AAEBAZICDFaKDqjSAq/TAo/2Aoz7AqCAA/yGA4uKA9aZA9qdA/22AwnpAcQGy7wCmNICntIChOYCv/IC9rAD/7UDAA==https://youtu.be/EFjjZrHEex8
7th February update: Ra-Den Highlander STANDARD Shaman: Phaoris = Hakkar = Corrupted Blood(s) = Win (1080p)A slow control style Shaman - with some very greedy cards. The Fist of Ra-den is pretty cool. Especially when comboed with Eye of the Storm! The last game is pretty mental. Hakkar leads to the downfall of my opponent ;-) Corrupted Blood lethals are the best lethals. Thanks to HearthAttakk for the deck! (https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1329573-ra-den-highlander-galakrond-shaman)Deck code: AAECAaoIHoEE9QT+Bf8FsgaKB6fuAu/3Aur6AqCAA62RA4qUA8WZA8aZA9igA/yjA8+lA+GlA5CnA7etA7mtA/6uA6qvA9CvA5GxA9uyA+O0A+S3A+a3A9PAAwAA https://youtu.be/Mz_JxupfPD0
9th February update: WILD Galakrond Bomb Warrior: Chilling out on the ladder, rank 4 to rank 2 (1080p)The greatest thing about this deck? It messes with Reno decks, by shuffling bombs. This video showcases a range of games against popular ladder decks. Sit back, chill out to the soundtrack and lose yourself in the awesomeness that is Galakrond Bomb Warrior. 15th February update: Chilling with Corbett's Jade Dragon Druid to Rank 1: UI to the face wins games!
Rank 1. Dragons. Jade Golems. Chilled out soundtrack. Ultimate Infestation to the face. Amazing.
Thanks to Corbett (https://twitter.com/corbettgames) for the deck. I have featured this deck before - but this is my first time using it consistently to get to rank 1. Armour deals with aggro. Shuffled Jade Idols help you out-value slow control decks. Mecha'thun is a problem. Darkest Hour on turn 5 can also be an issue (if you don't have Poison Seeds). Otherwise, this deck has a good chance of matching up against a range of tier 1 decks.
On a number of occasions, I have out-valued Reno Quest Mages - with enough armour gain and taunts helping to withstand the damage from giants.

23rd February update: Corbett's WILD Jade Dragon Druid to LEGEND: Beating a Quest Mage meta?! (1080p)
The road to legend. Jade Golems. Dragons. Good times. This deck does well against aggro decks (due to armour and taunts). Beating Reno Quest Mages is so satisfying. You wanted to see evidence of it. Here it is. We do struggle against Mecha'thun decks.
Game #1: 2:20 Jade DruidMy opponent was playing a more traditional Jade Druid deck. We raced to see who could build bigger golems.
Game #2: 16:50 Even HunterEven Hunter at rank 2? Sure. The pressure from Jade Golems and Dragons was too much.
Game #3: 26:29 Even ShamanMy opponent maintained a board state of totems that was low impact. That allowed me to survive long enough to win.
Game #4: 49:00 Malygos RogueThey couldn't get through the armour :)
Game #5: 55:48 Quest Mage!1:08:50 Wait... it wasn't Iceblock?!
Game #6: 1:09:50 Togwaggle PriestA complex game. He stole my deck including Jade Idol. A last minute Ysera Unleashed AND the orignal Ysera gave me pressure at the end. Strangely, my opponent had Amara, but didn't play her. At 1:21:08 he thought Spreading Plague would save him. But we used Excavated Evil and Dream to get precise lethal. Such a beautiful ending.
Game #7: 1:21:50 The final boss - Quest Mage!1:27:37 Put your faith in the light! 15 damage from the weapon is pretty good at lowering my armour count. Good strategy. I used a valuable Poison Seeds in response. Was that the right decision?1:31:39 The Amazing Reno causes the board to disappear - this is where things would really start to get interesting,1:32:08 The Amazing Reno gives Ancestral Spirit to one of my taunts. 1:33:15 How did I get so unlucky with my Dream Portals????1:35:12 He plays the Dragon Queen before Time Warp - hmmm...1:36:00 I feel compelled to use my final copy of Poison Seeds. Thankfully, I have Deathwing to deal with his giants later...1:37:35 Psionic Probe steals JADE IDOL. Yes that really happened. I guess he won't be taking fatigue damage anymore.1:41:45 Time Warp and Vargoth was pretty pathetic. Nothing much happened. 65 armour - I am not dieing.1:42:05 The Amazing Reno casts Bloodbloom and now the Mage can't play a spell. HAHAHA. Those Jade Idols you stole are now useless ;-)

8th March update: JumpyWizard's WILD DMH Hakkar Warrior: Obliterating Darkest Hour Warlocks! (1080p)
Hakkar. Who doesn't love Hakkar? This Warrior deck allows you to control the board against aggro with a variety of board clears. Against slower decks, you can avoid fatigue by going infinite with your cards. We got lucky against the Quest Mage. Turns out pulling their Vargoth through Death Lord was smart :) Deck code: AAEBAQcE/ATgrAKf0wKWigMNS6IE+Af/B/sM/g3MzQKOzgLx0wLP5wKb8wKhoQPyqAMAhttps://youtu.be/PEubTxJ6QFs
9th March update: SlugCat's WILD Jade Dragon Druid ft. Tentacled Menace (1080p)
Fancy a 1 cost Ultimate Infestation? Or perhaps a 2 cost Ysera Unleashed? All of this is possible with Tentacled Menace! Alternatively, it can make your Jade Idol cost 9 (sad times). An interesting take on Jade Druid with dragons - but is this deck more fun than competitive? Also, what does everyone think of the strange Reno Secrets Mage in the final game. 15th March update: AG Gala Pirate Galakrond Warrior: Facing down Lorewalker Cho at Rank 5?! (1080p)Pirates. Galakrond. Oh and a show-down with Lorewalker Cho. Strange times we live in! 21st March update: Mfunn's Jade Druid: Praise Yogg? Fear Yogg? Not brave enough to play Yogg (1080p)
Yogg has been un-nerfed. Don't mind the misplays in the 2nd game! I wanted to drag that game out until I could play Yogg. Power up Yogg with lots of Jade Idols... and then..... and then.......... I chickened out!Deck code: AAEBAZICCuCsAumsArS7AuC7ApS9Ap7SAq7SAsmcA/ihA9ulAwpAVl/+AcQGig7/rQLLvAKgzQKhoQMA
