    Or do you only get it through the premium season pass?

    Like all Season Pass cards, you currently can only get him through buying it. However, two months after the Pass is over, they start to appear in Pool 3 caches. So he'll be free-to-acquire about three months total from now.

    Link is mostly correct, but the timeline is two months after the card's release. So, Black Panther will be in Pool 3 in January 2023.
