One of the strongest damage board clears I saw in a while.. sadly it fails to meet the break point for 8 damage but that's what spell damage totem is for, also you might find ways to ping minions...
shaman has 2 board clears so far and the shaman plague might be another one, with 5 board clears in the format (Lightning Storm, Hagatha's Scheme, Earthquake, the shaman plague, Hagatha the Witch). you won't feel your board is safe against shaman anymore.. that's good since not overextending is an important skill for any aggro/midrange deck.
That's an tier 1 board clear for you. Literally a 2-in-1 card that can easily get rid of sticky minions and make cards like Soul of the Forest and Soul of the Murloc less scary.
About the cost, this is Elemental Destruction (the effect is slightly different, but you get the point) + Volcanic Potion, which means that you'll spend four less mana (counting overloaded crystals too) to have the same effect, all in one card.
If there will be a Control Shaman (and I genuinely think this will be the time), this card will come in handy to stabilize against Aggro

Edit: hard counters the new Reborn mechanic too
Destroy main mech bodies and then those pesky microbots too so that they cannot magnetize...
