If you manage to discover Lightning Bolt on every turn it can be a very good finisher
I wonder how this would interact if you discover a Witch's Brew. Could I keep using it and Discover cards while only spending 2 mana (for a total of 3 new cards)? Or would only the initial use render a Discover proc? Does Instructor Fireheart have to still be on board for the effect to resolve?
These are the questions that keep me awake at night...
Solid, but not too broken. This is value card, and shaman does not have much problem with value right now.
This has a good potential for an individual spell, but I don't see it being able to do more than 2 per turn unless you happen to be lucky enough to have a Dwarven Archaeologist on the board already.
Now if this were a Mage/Shaman hybrid, it would be ridiculous. But since you are restricted to the Shaman mana pool and cost reduction there, it will be limited. Where Electra Stormsurge was able to duplicate a spell for free, and this will allow you to duplicate the effect for free, you still have to cast the original spell. Unless you get "lucky" and with the Dwarven Archaeologist on deck and run into a selection always having Lightning Bolt be available, you're not getting a lot. But will still be fun I bet.

Wow, amazing evolve potential in Wild!!
It is battlecry you know... evolve doesn't suddenly make your spells in hand replace themselves... you have to play exactly the spell that got discovered from battlecry...
Oh ok right, but on turn 10 imagine discovering 7 evolves...
Interesting card which is ok in both early game and late game, late because of potential extra value, and early it is nice tempo/value combination...
