Is this an aggro deck that uses Auctionmaster Beardo and Metamorphosis as a finisher or am I missing a great combo?

Essentially, until we get confirmation about the Metamorphosis + Archmage Vargoth interaction. Theoretically, it should mean you permanently keep the Metamorph Hero Power, even after using it twice. If it does work it's a two card combo that enables powerful control and burn in the late game. I think Beardo should be good enough on his own in Demon Hunter down the line, presuming you keep Taunts removed, but he has some OTK potential with Metamorphosis.

Why would that let you get infinite uses?

When the second Metamorphosis is cast from Archmage Vargoth, it would swap from Demonic Blast to a new Demonic Blast, which when used up, would revert back to the previous Hero Power, which was also Demonic Blast. When those two uses get used up, it would swap again back to Demonic Blast.

I haven't gotten the chance to test this interaction out yet though, so I don't actually know if it works or not.

Sounds really cool. I wouldn't hold my breath on it, but if it does work, that's pretty dope.

Might even be worth considering in standard as a late game value engine or finisher.
