Wild Even Minion Mage

Hey, this is my first deck posted. I realize there are probably similar decks around here, but I'm having a lot of fun and success with this version, so I wanted to share it. :) There are a few spots that might be optimized, as I will discuss at the end.

The deck is highly synergestic. Its main strength shows vs board-centric decks and slower control decks (Highlander Priest or Warlock), while it struggles vs Mage.

Notable synergies:

- Spirit of the Dragonhawk + Ice Walker. Locks the opposing board. Further combine with Varden Dawngrasp to stall beefier targets or plain destroy them with enough mana.

- Book of Specters, Archmage Arugal, Starscryer. Taking advantage of Minion-heavy deck. Only spells included are Wildfire and Book of Specters, so the chances of book burning a spell are low, and Starscryer is an effective tutor. It happens sometimes though that you burn a Wildfire, but it's better than having it sit at the bottom of the deck the whole game :) With draw engines, Archmage Arugal is great for copying win cond cards. Mordresh Fire Eye, Coldarra Drake, Dirty Rat, Emperor Thaurissan and cheap Frost Giant are amazing targets.

- Emperor Thaurissan and Meteorologist take advantage of big hand you are able to establish quite easily. Emperor also makes all synergies a lot smoother, and enables more damage with Coldarra, especially in combination with Fallen Hero. Also, I really like the unexpected burn that Meteorologist provides.

- Dirty Rat is very good in current meta, most important piece vs APM Mage (be careful to kill that Flamewaker once pulled!). Also great to pull more targets to feed Dragonhawk/Reckless Apprentice.

- Maiev Shadowsong + Coldarra Drake. This is a theoretical combo, as I haven't been able to pull it off yet. Basically, your Drake awakens and you do 10 pings for 30 damage. It might be overkill vs control as you kill them anyway, but it sounds so fun!

There are some flex spots and experimental cards in deck. Maiev Shadowsong is not necessary, it is probably better to replace her with Eater of Secrets to cover our biggest weakness. I'm still experimenting with Frost Giant, it can easily be replaced with Eater, Loot Hoarder for more consistency, one Fireball for reach or maybe Explosive Sheep for excessive aggro meta. Also, you can replace Archmage Arugal with Loot Hoarder if you don't have him, but he's very good.

That's all, I hope you liked the deck and that the gude is useful. Any comments and suggestions are well appreciated!

Edit:

Took out Archmage Arugal and Meteorologist for another Frost Giant and Tournament Medic for valuable healing. Doomsayer or Loot Hoarder are also viable options.

Also, Maiev Shadowsong is often vital to deck success vs control, so I'd say she's a neccessity. It's also useful against tempo decks and vs big minions for stalling, or even as a finisher vs Big Priest or Highlander Warlock. You can also try to replace her with Potion of Illusion, as per @KANSAS suggestion, but there is antisynergy between it and Starscryer and Book.
