Soul Demon Hunter (Make Shaman Miserable Again!)

No full guide here, just an intro, since you probably already know how to play Soul Demon Hunter!

This list very similarly to Soul Demon Hunter from Darkmoon, except it's way better at closing out games with its trifecta of finishers in 2x Illidari Inquisitor and Il'gynoth.

(You'd think Il'gynoth might be too situational with only two lifesteal cards in Aldrachi Warblades available, but I've been finding that the giant purple dinosaur hugs the opponent for 14-16 damage fairly consistently! If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say that it's because you're always shooting to have a weapon equipped on turn 8 so you can throw down your Illidari Inquisitor a turn earlier, regardless of whether you have it in hand; that's right around the time when you have enough mana to do some crazy damage with our vampiric purple friend too.)

I'm pretty sure this is the fully optimized list, and it definitely feels like a tier 1 deck. I've gone 11-1 from D10 to D5, mostly beating up on Shaman (3 Elemental, 1 Control, 1 jank) and Demon Hunter (2 Deathrattle, 1 Soul)--the other four games were against a Mage, a Paladin, a Warlock, and a Priest (guess who handed me my single loss).

Since the meta is comprised mostly of Shamans, Demon Hunters, and other similarly irritating midrange and aggro decks, and since that problem is only going to get worse after Priest gets nerfed on July 15, this deck is worth a try for anyone who's gotten sick of ME GO FACE and ME GO WINDFURY and ME GO RUSSIAN NESTING DOLL.

Mulligans: cheap cards that can contest the board in the early game--Spirit Jailer, Chaos Strike, Soul Shear, often Luckysoul Hoarder, and sometimes Aldrachi Warblades or Marrowslicer
