Both Barrens Blacksmith need to die before the combo and Emperor Thaurissan needs to reduce the mana of some of the cards before the combo.

You need to have a weapon equipped, then play both copies of Stonetusk Boar and Southsea Deckhand previously buffed by Conditioning (Rank 1), and play Overlord Saurfang, send all minions face for the OTK.
