Welcome, fellow achievement hunter.

Ever since the introduction of the rewards track, each expansion has always brought us a handful of achievements to complete in order to gain more rewards: while some of them are relatively easy to complete, some others may take some time or a proper set up. In case you're wondering what's the best way to gain all that sweet sweet XP locked behind Murder at Castle Nathria's achievements, do not fret, as we have the answer you're looking for!

In this guide we'll focus our attention on the Castle Nathria Warrior achievements and provide at least one way to complete each of them so that you'll be able to get closer to the end of your reward track.

Disclaimer: as always, all expansion achievements can be completed in Ranked Standard, Ranked Wild, Arena, Casual & Heroic Duels and Classic - Casual Standard, Casual Wild and Tavern Brawl will not count towards your hunt! Moreover, we'll always take Ranked Standard as the default game format for our strategies: if we happen to have some strategies or particular interactions belonging to other modes to highlight, we'll be sure to specify it.

Here are all the achievements we're going to complete together:

  1. Night of the Living Blades - Deal 50/100/200 damage with Remornia, Living Blade.
  2. Sin City - Give +7/+7 to minions with a single Anima Extractor.
  3. Veni, Vidi, Vici - Draw 50 cards with Conqueror's Banner.
  4. Witness Destruction Program - Summon a minion with Call to the Stand and destroy it in the same turn 15/30 times.

    Castle Nathria Warrior Achievements Overview

None of the Warrior achievements for Castle Nathria are particularly difficult:

Edit: guide updated with the achievement from the Maw and Disorder Mini-Set.

How to Complete the "Night of the Living Blades" Warrior Achievement

    • Requirement: Deal 50/100/200 damage with Remornia, Living Blade.
    • Speed Rating: 4/5.
    • XP Points Rewared: 100, 100 and 500 XP
    • Related Achievements:
      • Warrior's Sin City - You want Remornia, Living Blade to grow bigger and bigger, and Anima Extractor can help you
      • Warrior's Veni, Vidi, Vici - Being this achievement so obnoxious, you want to include Conqueror's Banner in every Warrior deck you achievement hunt with, so that the pain will be over faster.
      • Neutral's Gone but not Forgotten
      • Neutral's One of the Classic Blunders - In order to complete this achievement, you'll necessarily need to play games with Mage, Priest and Warrior: trying to complete Warrior's part together with another achievement is a clever choice.
      • Neutral's Stop! Infuse Time!

200 damage may seem quite a lot, but trust us when we say that it will take you very few games for Remornia, Living Blade to generate that amount of damage, especially with some buffs.

    • Cycle through your deck and get your hands on Remornia, Living Blade.
      • Being Remornia the highest cost minion in your deck, Taelan Fordring will always draw it.
    • Buff your hand, making Remornia grow in stats.
    • When your Remornia is big enough and there are at least 2 opposing minions, play it.
    • Trade Remornia, Living Blade into the first opposing minion.
    • When Remornia turns into a weapon, attack your opponent directly.
    • When Remornia returns to be a minion, trade it into the second opposing minion.
    • Remornia will turn once again into a weapon, so that you'll be able to continue during your following turn.
    • If your opponent's board is full of very weak minions, consider casting Provoke on Remornia for remarkable achievement progression.
    • Wild format note: Town Crier and Stage Dive are format-exclusive tutors for Remornia, Living Blade.
    • Duels format note: Remornia, Living Blade can be found in Rush buckets, which are quite easy to obtain - if you do not own this Legendary, you may want to play some games in Casual mode.

How to Complete the "Sin City" Warrior Achievement

    • Requirement: Give +7/+7 to minions with a single Anima Extractor.
    • Speed Rating: 5/5.
    • XP Points Rewared: 200 XP
    • Related Achievements:
      • Warrior's Night of the Living Blades - Remornia can act as a stabilizer tool, so you can use it to buy some time until you can pull off the combo with ease.
      • Warrior's Veni, Vidi, Vici - Being this achievement so obnoxious, you want to include Conqueror's Banner in every Warrior deck you achievement hunt with, so that the pain will be over faster.
      • Neutral's Gone but not Forgotten
      • Neutral's Location, Location, Location!
      • Neutral's One of the Classic Blunders - In order to complete this achievement, you'll necessarily need to play games with Mage, Priest and Warrior: trying to complete Warrior's part together with another achievement is a clever choice.
      • Neutral's Stop! Infuse Time!

Super easy achievement: just like Armorsmith for Armor, Anima Extractor gives the +1/+1 whenever any friendly minions receives damage, and not just the Extractor itself. Remember that the +7/+7 has to be generated by a single Anima Extractor.

How to Complete the "Veni, Vidi, Vici" Warrior Achievement

    • Requirement: Draw 50 cards with Conqueror's Banner.
    • Speed Rating: 2/5.
    • XP Points Rewared: 200 XP
    • Related Achievements: none.

The only positive aspects about Veni, Vidi, Vici are the wonderful reference and the fact that you need to draw "only" 50 cards out of Conqueror's Banner; outside of this, what an annoying achievement: Warrior has no way to tutor spells from the deck and, in order to draw any cards, you'll need to take in consideration your opponent's deck, which doesn't sound optimal to us. Let's try to focus on the 50 cards and let's get the job done as fast as possible.

The easiest, yet still very annoying way to complete this achievement is to create a deck with 2 copies of Conqueror's Banner and 28 of the most expensive cards from your collection.

    • Mulligan for Conqueror's Banner.
    • You found it? Wait until turn 2 and cast it.
      • You'd have to consider yourself very unlucky to draw anything less than 2 cards.
    • You didn't find it? Concede and look for another game.
    • 50:3=17ish, so you'll need to repeat this process for around 17 times before getting the job done.
    • Wild format note: Archmage Vargoth can help a bit, but... don't count on it a lot.

How to Complete the "Witness Destruction Program" Warrior Achievement

Pretty straightforward: play a deck that can generate as many copies of Call to the Stand as possible, but do not forget about the removal part - yes, if you don't destroy the summoned minion, you'll get no progress on Witness Destruction Program. Fortunately for us, Garrosh has access to lots of removals, some should not meet any obstacles.

    • Hard removal, weapons, minion trades: anything is fair game, as long as the minion summoned by Call to the Stand perishes during the same turn.
