Welcome, fellow achievement hunter.

Ever since the introduction of the rewards track, each expansion has always brought us a handful of achievements to complete in order to gain more rewards: while some of them are relatively easy to complete, some others may take some time or a proper set up. In case you're wondering what's the best way to gain all that sweet sweet XP locked behind March of the Lich King's achievements, do not fret, as we have the answer you're looking for!

In this guide we'll focus our attention on the March of the Lich King Demon Hunter achievements and provide at least one way to complete each of them so that you'll be able to get closer to the end of your reward track.

Disclaimer: as always, all expansion achievements can be completed in Ranked Standard, Ranked Wild, Arena, Casual & Heroic Duels and Classic - Casual Standard, Casual Wild and Tavern Brawl will not count towards your hunt! Moreover, we'll always take Ranked Standard as the default game format for our strategies: if we happen to have some strategies or particular interactions belonging to other modes to highlight, we'll be sure to specify it.

Here are all the achievements we're going to complete together:

  1. Soul Survivor - Discover 50 minions with Bound Soul from Souleater's Scythe.
  2. Packs a Real Wallop - Play 2 0-Cost Vengeful Wallopers in one game.
  3. For The Fel Of It - Summon 30/60/90 Felfiends with Deal with a Devil.

March of the Lich King Demon Hunter Achievements Overview

Apart from Packs a Real Wallop, Demon Hunter has a rather slow set of achievements: both Soul Survivor and For The Fel Of It require you to play respectively Souleater's Scythe and Deal with a Devil, but at the same time there isn't a way to speed them up significantly (especially for the former).

All in all, if you're just looking for achievements that are easy and fast to complete you should only look at Packs a Real Wallop, but if you're willing to take it slow you may as well stay here, as there are no RNG-involved tasks.

How to Complete the "Soul Survivor" Demon Hunter Achievement

In order to complete Soul Survivor, you must own Souleater's Scythe: since we're talking about a Start of Game effect, there's no way for you to "go budget" and not include this weapon in your deck. Moreover, Scythe allows minion-less decks to work, so we chose to feature a build with just 3 main units, with the bonus effect of allowing a steady For The Fel Of It completion at the same time.

How to Complete the "Packs a Real Wallop" Demon Hunter Achievement

    • Requirement: Play 2 0-Cost Vengeful Wallopers in one game.
    • Speed Rating: 5/5.
    • XP Points Rewarded: 200 XP
    • Related Achievements:
      • Neutral's Here Comes the Sun.
      • Neutral's No Swapsies Backsies.
      • Neutral's Corpse Pile.
      • Neutral's Skin Care Routine.
      • Neutral's Raged Too Hard.

Very easy achievement: you basically have to build a deck with two copies of Vengeful Walloper, lots of Outcast cards and some card draw. Cycle through your deck so that you draw both Wallopers and wait for them to cost 0 mana before jamming them on the board and claim your XP points. Although Wild has a larger pool of Outcast cards to choose from, Packs a Real Wallop can be completed in Standard as well.

If you want to complete Packs a Real Wallop in Wild, here's what we'd use.

How to Complete the "For The Fel Of It" Demon Hunter Achievement

Although Deal with a Devil summons two Felfiends even when your deck runs minions, we advise you to go minion-less, as this way you'll complete For The Fel Of It faster. For this reason, we think that you should use the same deck we showcased for Soul Survivor: in the end, it's almost as if these two achievements were meant to be completed together.
