Long'xin is a Caster Mercenary. They were added in the 22.4.0 Onyxia's Lair patch which was released on Feb. 15, 2022.

Long'xin - Mercenary Equipment
This is the equipment you can wear on Long'xin. Only one piece of equipment can be worn at a time. The first tier of each piece of equipment is obtained by completing achivements and tasks with additional tiers coming from Mercenary Packs or Long'xin Coins.
