This is the 10th time we had Brawlisium? I feel like I've only tried the first couple of times and then realised I'm terrible at it.
Well it's safe to assume that Heroic Scamiseum will be a normal thing now before mini-sets which is just a trap for new players. Long time players know when to avoid it now as we all know it's a scam but new players won't. I'd love to know the stats on how many ppl quite HS after going 0-3 in a Heroic brawl then didn't have enough gold to purchase the mini-set a week later.

The scam has returned yet again
They accidentally made the 3-wins skin a 3-games skin instead. Maybe that will actually increase the number of tickets they'll sell; I guess we'll see whether they keep the change or not in the next Heroic Brawl. I briefly considered participating just to push them in that direction, but the skin didn't appeal to me enough to pay 1000 gold for it plus a few packs from the regular rewards.
I do appreciate that we got a Standard pack even when skipping the brawl.
And we now know the mini set is launching soon... ;)
Not really convinced it was entirely accidental, but nonetheless a positive twist for fellow HS players who want to collect the DK skin for 1000 gold. Personally, I should have read the quest before deleting it first because I have plenty of gold to spare.
I'll say it again this time and every other time a Heroic Brawliseum comes round: This is the worst TB for the average player. You will loose your gold most times and Blizzard are such snakes, they'll intentionally have this brawl a few weeks before the mini-set in the hopes that players not in the know will waste their gold and won't be able to afford the mini-set.
This predatory brawl is on the same level as runestones and the BG battle pass.
Literally only 0.2% of the player base will make a profit from the brawl.
4 months later, history repeats itself - your warning is just as valid as the day it was posted- and mini set is most likely to be announced next week
yup, I'd really love to know how Team 5 do their decision making coz this predatory pattern isn't looking good, it's making them out like villains. Lots of newer players would've fallen for this trap and probably just stopped playing the game all together when they couldn't afford the mini-set, how does that benefit Blizzard and the community?

Woah, I felt the heavy weight between trying this brawl for 1000 gold and getting 10 packs of the next expansion. (I still prefer the latter).
I just pray whoever enter this BS of brawl get their money worth back, and not only 1 to 3 packs.
And shame on you Bliz. I expect my freebies of the week, and you shove me this.
Usually I’m happy to roll the “play 2 tavern brawls” quest on a Wednesday. Not this week.
