Welcome back to another installment of the Concept Art Spotlight series for Legends of Runeterra. Last week, we looked at Demacia. Today, we're going to be looking at Piltover & Zaun, the technological side of the realm. As always, all of this artwork is available to view on Riot's partner site, Six More Vodka. Links to all of the artist's Artstation or Deviantart profiles will also be provided.

Funsmith by Gerald Parel

Gerald Parel provided the artwork for Jinx's signature card in the tutorials, it's Funsmith, who's interestingly named "Gunsmith" in the artwork. Why such a badass all of a sudden?

Mk1: Wrenchbot by Michal Ivan

Michal Ivan provided the art for Mk1: Wrenchbot (known as "Generator Bot" internally). It short-circuited though, that's quite shocking. Watt am I doing? Forget it, I'm going Ohm.

Illegal Contraption by Claudiu-Antoniu Magherusan

Preliminary design of Illegal Contraption (from Unlicensed Innovation) from Claudiu-Antoniu Magherusan.

Professor von Vipp by Gerald Parel

Sketch for Professor von Yipp from Gerald Parel.

Used Cask Salesman by Monika Palosz

Preliminary design of Used Cask Salesman by Monika Palosz, which uses the name "Inept Incendiarist" internally. This name would've changed the tone of the card quite drastically.

Intrepid Mariner by Monika Palosz

Monika also provided the art for Intrepid Mariner. Changes from the hair, the clothing style and the map are all present.

Corina Veraza by Monika Palosz

Concept art of Corina Veraza by (once again) Monika Palosz, who's body is postured slightly different than in the finished art. The art is known as "Baroness Scryer".

Eminent Benefactor by Gerald Parel

Concept art for Eminent Benefactor by Gerald Parel, which is known as "Aging Patron" internally.

Unused Art - Airborne Adventurer by Claudiu-Antoniu Magherusan

Whilst this specific piece of art is never seen in-game, it appears to depict an Amateur Aeronaut.

That will wrap it up for today. Next week, we will be looking at Ionia.

Spoiler alert: The Ionia article will be LONG. About twice as long as this one.
