The great thing is as soon as people start trying to beat deep you just swap to this and it's just bounce city instant win.
Also people think shifting sands if fizzilible it's not it's deal 4 dmg and summon two sand men so you get the tokens regardless that's why it's good it demands that A you keep your creature alive, and B that you answer all my sandman plus my rally effects Champs etc.
Now if you really still want to try running inspiring commander in that slot go for it, but man was he nerfed hard, and playing a bad cithria in a tempo deck feels kinda awful, and 6 spell mana is far less than 6 creature mana.
