An old location being hot is what the team said it would be like, even on release. Every Sunday we will have a old location being "hot" for just that day. On wednesdays, we will get a new location which is then considered "featured" for 2 days. Featured and hot locations seem to be functionally the same tho.
I just tried to have some fun with the idea of your opponent never quite knowing what is going on. Also, I don't plan on ever winning a game with this, and that is cool!
