They may not respond or just give you a generic answer, since it's officially listed in the Known Issues now.

My Phoenix packs timers went like this:

    EU - 68 packs; Legend - (8,27,46).

    Ame - 67 packs; Legend - (40,49).

But I also recall somebody else on the team (Avalon?) reporting at one point that guaranteed pity timer Legendary wasn't happening as expected. I don't recall any clear-cut statements from devs on the subject, really.

Hmm. Sounds like one of the more obscure interactions they might not've tested for. From what you describe it either shouldn't trigger the Secret if the countered thing was the only card played in that turn, or give you the countered thing if Plagarize goes off.

Yes, pretty much so. I've talked about it at length in our most recent meta/decks update, as we went back to more polarization and coin flip matchups on ladder. Haven't had a chance to play much after the changes to Kazakusan and SI:7 Smuggler, although I don't expect those to really change the field much.
Will be very surprised if they are not doing any further balance changes by mid-March (Wildheart Guff somehow still being 5 mana, for one), unless they really decide to say "screw it, we are holding the fort as is until the rotation".

It's a common problem that I find happening when either your software/hardware or network bandwidth become overwhelmed. Hearthstone client is very sensitive nowadays (and I'd add unwieldy), it does not like sharing. So say you have another game or app like Discord opened on the side, they may clash and you will occasionally get stuck on permanent queueing. Or you are downloading or buffering something on the side when trying to play, and Hearthstone doesn't like having limited connection. Too many tabs opened, computer not restarted for a while? Cue lacking memory to keep up. Even a deck tracker can be problematic if for some reason your hardware resources struggle to keep up with it.

As somebody else has already mentioned, the moment you see it happen it's best to close the game manually and restart, at least the reconnecting feature tends to be very solid on both desktop and mobile.

It's definitely still worth reporting so the officials learn just how badly the HS client could use further work.

It doesn't matter as much whether it's Bronze or higher levels, since the matchups are based on your internal MMR. So having a decent streak of wins over the past months or year would've contributed to getting better opponents.
Other than that, every meta is different. Some may have people play better decks on average and punish anything less polished, others a person just doesn't get a handle on or gels particularly well with. Even best players get several games loss streaks at times, ironically.

I don't know whether the decks you chose suit your playstyle/comfort levels and how much you know what to expect when facing what's currently popular on Standard ladder; both factors can contribute a lot for and against. The diversity is quite wide now. Knowing how to play and navigate some things in the past doesn't guarantee the same holding true just now.

Both fine points (Scholo has been too overpowered for my taste as well). The meta has been okay, though not to everybody's taste, and that's alright. Sooner or later that always changes; in a major fashion once rotation hits.

On the larger topic: it's indeed difficult to get back into Hearthstone after a longer break, and keeping up with dailies and weeklies can sometimes be asking a lot. Another improvement in the vein of duplicate protection and core set would come a long way.
As for fixing things (and communicating on them), I actually feel like it takes them much faster. They've become much better at it compared to olden days. Although the client itself is a sloggy mess.

Yeah... no time to keep going through hours of streams in the hopes of learning something like this that should've been clearly announced in the first place. It's delayed my efforts and I was just about resigned to talk about it without any specified time included, then updating only once we actually made sure.

It's been on our radar for the past few days as well, they just haven't been very forthcoming with sharing all useful images, details, and so on (plus the qualifier was supposed to take place and finish on Monday, but because of the surprise patch and issues that followed had to be cut in half and also played on Tuesday). Kind of annoying when you're trying to get a full picture. But as Flux points out, it's never a guarantee we catch these things timely or manage to put everything together, so thank you for spreading the word here!

I'm curious about that starting time, as that's the one thing I didn't see publicly announced on Twitter or Discord and couldn't get a reply about. Perhaps you know more. Did he only mention it on his stream in passing?

Unfortunately the Ranked bundles are not even being offered on the B.net shop. Presumably they don't have the technology there to go from Rank 1 to Rank 2. Silly, eh.

Hey, I'm not sure if I understand correctly: what else would you expect it to show other than 6-man PvE or PvP parties for the mode? Or are you seeing something else? We'll have a look at the Oozefest thing.

That's one candidate for testing people's patience and the unlucky vs lucky ones as Adventurers troll you.

I've posted this on Discord, but Taintheart Tormenter is said to be currently bugged and not count the increased spell progress if it dies to said spell.

Do Druid Beasts reduced by Celestial Alignment count?

The wording on almost everything else would suggest they can be done outside their designated classes, if you somehow get the card.

Not much help for Paladin secrets if the new one doesn't play nicely alongside Reckoning.

I ended up with 3 weekly ranked quests just by rerolling without paying much attention to their order or placement (although I believe it started with the rightmost one at first, and then the mid one the following day). It looks like they not only marked it to be in the reroll pool with all the other quests, but somehow greatly increased the chances of it appearing.

Poor people trying to avoid it, could prove nigh impossible for now. But nice little bonus for all the rest. We do know it's a confirmed bug though, so only a matter of time before a hotfix or patch comes in.
