I feel the same. I went from 5D to 3D 2* pretty quickly, now I´m back to 4 and can´t seem to get back to 3D again. But I guess it just needs some patience, consistency and lots and lots of time. I´ve never been to legend before, so this is my first real try. Good luck!
Hey Flux and team, thanks a lot for these giveaways, more so, you´re doing it this time on your own without Blizz support. Wow guys, you really rock! :)
This time in not participating in favor of others to win instead, as I was lucky enough to be among the 5 winners the last time :)
Q: So hoarding packs before major nerfs will be a good dust strat if you have a good collection (Editor notes: This is a comment about the new duplicate rule). A: There's a caveat here: once you receive a card, you'll have it marked for "collected" purposes. So if you disenchant a card you've received, it's still considered "owned." So you can't exploit the refund system that way. There's a great benefit to this though: If you don't like a particular card or class, you can disenchant them and not have to worry about getting them in future packs.
Q: And how long is the card will be marked "collected"? For example, I've opened an epic I don't want so I dust it right away. But if I already collected other epics I would like to have them all again. A: Forever. Once you've collected a card, you've collected it.
I wonder if the "collected" tag is retroactive or will only take effect from March 26 onward.
For example, say I dusted nerfed cards from a few years ago. Are those still marked as collected?
Well, there´s no official answer on this AFAIK, but people on reddit guessed it won´t be retroactive, because now when you accidentally DE a card, the support say they cant track your DE-ed cards to prove you really had the said card, so they can´t restore it for you. But it´s just a guess by now.
What happens in the new system if you lose a game? Is the multiplyer working for stars granted AND lost? That would not make much sense, would it?
According to this post on reddit below, you keep your bonus stars win or lose:
Q: How does the bonus star system work? If you get, say, 11 bonus stars, does that mean that every win gets you 11 stars right until you reach legend again? A: Based on your previous rank, you'll be given a Star Multiplier. Every win you give you stars equal to your multiplier. Whenever you hit a ranked floor, your Star Multiplier goes down by 1. So early on, you'll accelerate very quickly out of the low ranks and it will slow down as you approach your previous rank. You keep your Star Bonus even when you lose.

There were some Q&A on Reddit few days ago with Blizz staff mentioning bonus stars:
Q: What are the star bonus breakpoints? A: It's 1 more bonus star per rank: Legend = 10x stars per win, Diamond 5 = 9x, Diamond 10 = 8x ... Silver 5 = 3x, Silver 10 = 2x, Bronze 5/10 = 2x. You may additionally get a bigger Star Bonus if your MMR is higher than others at your rank (so high legend players could get 11x Star Bonus). This also helps players who reach legend in one month and only play enough to reach Bronze 5 the next month. They will get a Star Bonus closer to that of a Legend player.
Q: What about the transition of the current March season to the April season, where the ranked system changes? A: There is a conversion from the old rank system to the new one. You will get a Star Bonus in April based on the best rank you achieved in March.
Quote From HorusHey there, just so you know, you can actually embed your decklist into your post by using its code : Invalid Deck ID , replacing the DeckID with the BBCode. Works just like the link, but even better :)
Found Doomsayer isn't that useful as he just hero powers it down anyway. I just put in a couple Primordial Glyph for the extra freeze or another iceblock if your lucky and it worked out well.
You´re right, good point. I´ve changed that, thank you :)
Any tips on defeating heroic Galakrond (E.V.I.L.)? I've only seen wild burn mage as a suggested deck but it has a lot of wild epics (same with wild big priest), code:
I've beaten most of the heroic bosses with a fast build of warlock mecha'thun, but it's just not fast enough to the insane tempo Galkrond gains by invoking.
After many tries with other decks I gave up and made good old Freeze mage with Alexstrasza. Only non standard cards are Hall of famed Ice Block and Ice Lance. Worked on both heroic Galakrond boss fights.
To answer your initial question @Suchti0352 In most cases, rolling an Obsidian Statue out of Shadow Essence on turn 6 is gg. Some Mass Dispel for ... reason (Silence) is also golden. Archmage Vargoth & Resurrect do wonders together given a deathpool of statue that is. For that one, if I recall right, my wining strike was from Skruk own's buffed minions, thanks to Death Grip.
Just got around to playing him in Heroic and current Quest Res Priest worked on the first try without any problems at all. Doesn't matter how big the minions are when you've got 5 Convincing Infiltrators + a Catrina Muerte to keep bringing back the ones he's killed...
This is pure gold, after xy nerve-racking tries I did it on 1st try with Big Rez Priest. Thank you both for the idea, it even works for other stubborn bosses :)
There are many favorite moments for me to choose from, so I´ll mention three of them:
1.Battlegrounds - after my very first confusing game I fell in love with this mode, because, you know, it´s something totally different. It´s refreshing between all the Brawls, Arena and Ranked games.
2.Tyrande - even I had this girl from Twitch, I´m glad that Blizz kept their word and brought her back to others - even for free.
3.Tourneys - unlike many I really like watching competitive HS, if I am able to, I watch every game possible. I like to relax watching matches, play myself or just casually analyze plays and learn. With recent Twitch drops you can even get some packs just by watching, it´s cool :)
2020:
It´s hard to know what to expect from the new year, but I´m totally looking forward to the new Grandmasters series, new Adventures and Expansions. I´m kind of collector so I´m hoping for some new interesting hero skins and cardbacks, maybe even some other cosmetic stuff (you know, Imagurl ,))
Anyways, good luck to you all with the giveaway :)

Heh this looks fun :) I´ll give it a try, thanks guys!
Happy Easter everyone ♥
I guess I was kinda lucky this time: 70 packs - 5 legendaries, some better (Maiev), some worse (Al´ar).. But not complaining :)
Also, congrats OP!
Grats all :)

Sadly, there´s another catch:
Thanks Frosty, wow the Top 8 really looks great. I hope they somehow manage to showcase the matches today 🙏

Noooo, I was so excited to watch this weekend ;( why casters just don´t stream from their homes like they did many times before? Sad sad panda :(
Thanks Flux for this info, I´d definitely miss this event, as I couldn´t find it mentioned elsewhere ♥
I can confirm you can split watching hours, I watched like an hour yesterday and two hours today and I got pack for 3 hours total.
Thank you, it worked :)
Thank you, it´s the easiest "cheat" there is, I´m surprised they didn´t ban it :)

Wow, I just woke up to find out that I´ve won! What a beautiful start of the day :))) Thanks to all, good luck to you next time!
Okay, I think I´ll join you guys :)
