My favourite moment from 2019 was probably the incredibly hype finals game in Rise of Shadows meta, where the Warlock played Rafaam into a bunch of sick Legendary minions and still lost to the Shaman.
The introduction of Battlegrounds was also a great idea.
I'm looking forward to potential news about classic and basic set overhauls.
Could be cute with Sapphire Spellstone in Wild, or maybe you play it with beast or copy cards. Might not be very good, or might be broken, though I doubt it.
Not amazing, but decent. Can be used to remove disruptive cards from your deck and/or enable the new pure paladin cards. Maybe you can create extra card value by somehow shuffling neutrals into your deck.
Has good aggressive stats and demands an answer (such as a silence), or it will keep coming back over the course of a match. Combine that with copy effects and Deathrattle synergy stuff and you have yourself some shenanigans.
This feels like an absolute auto-include in almost any token Druid deck that has any care for Treants. You can develop a few Treants and then get a few cards for free. Insane.
This seems insanely strong. Premium weapon stats on a weapon that won't break as long as you control a dragon means you can just keep using it over and over, similar to Eaglehorn Bow, and just keep generating pressure in a class that can leverage the advantage very well. If you're playing a dragon Hunter deck, you're probably playing this card, too.
1-mana 2/2 for every class seems very good, and yet there are still better options that are more specialized than this card. I can see this not seeing as much play in Wild, but might be quite strong in standard, and possibly Arena.
Seems like a pretty strong tutor. Could develop some scary tempo with cards like [Hearthstone Card (Faldorei Strider) Not Found] or enable scary combos.
Bandersmosh seems a lot better than other transforming cards in the past, but I think it will struggle for the same reasons that the previous ones did, which is massive inconsistency. The pool of Legendary minions is smaller and on average better than random minions, spells or weapons, but I'm not currently convinced it will see serious play. Seems cool though.
In a class that uses combo cards and likes to cheat mana, I can see this being used in Galakrond decks to good effect. Combo the Coins with cards like Questing Adventurer and Arcane Devourer for a good time.
Slightly better [Hearthstone Card (Assassiniate) Not Found] looks very good for priest. Priest's removal traditionally has been very situational, so I'm expecting this to be okay, at least for Galakrond decks.
I find this card hillarious. I can see this card possibly spawning a whole new archetype, and might be good enough to put into dragon decks. This card has some strong tempo and combo potential, especially in the late game.
I have a hard time believing this card will be good, even compared to Curious Glimmerroot. It's has less impact later in the game and you have to guess against randomly generated cards sometimes, too. The information could be helpful, but I'm just not seeing the appeal.
I was very unimpressed with the Wrathscale Nagas, so I cut them for SI:7 Infiltrator and Kezan Mystic.
I also cut an Imprisoned Antaen for SN1P-SN4P as I found the card to be too clunky.
I also don't have Kayn so I replaced him with a Raging Felscreamer.
Well, the DID just add Lifesteal and Rush to the Basic set with the new Demon Hunter cards, so that technically makes them evergreen, right?
The real question is, will you be able to dust Zayle when it rotates?
Poor Nozdormu.
Gives something for dragon paladin decks to do early while also paying off in the mid and late game. Looks pretty decent.

Something about the art of this card is extremely garish and unpleasant, but I can't put my finger on what.

This card looks much better when you cheat it out and can snowball hard, but maybe it's a bit to slow for Wild format.
