You'd pretty much run a mecha'thun style draw package / super control package, but you have a 28 damage combo. I know it's not ******Strictly****** an OTK but lets be honest most of the time at this stage in the game you've dealt 2 damage. If you're going to run emporer for the package then you can do 32 damage with a heroic strike and the whole combo discounted

You would need a coin / thaurissan mana discount as this is an 11 mana 4 card combo, you just need to discount grom / mercenary for 1 mana
you can also earn an extra charge if you play it on the same turn as vargoth (and attack and dont play another spell) - might be useful in long ass control match-ups.

Running 1 of this will be great in most shaman decks.
