With the sale of the 3 shop hero portraits as well as the recent addition of the 1K win portraits I realised we have come quite far with the amount of hero portraits we could have gotten.
So I was wondering what hero portraits do you use for your classes? Mine are:
Druid: Elise
Hunter: Aleria
Mage: Jaina (1K fire mage one)
Paladin: Lady Liadrin
Priest: Lazul (I would love to get Tyrande though)
I preferred the original Uldum meta; almost every decent deck was playable. In the current meta, you can't out-tempo evolve effects (other than hoping they don't draw Evolve/Mutate in time), while if you're going for a more defensive strategy you need to be able to out-greed or OTK the N'Zoth decks. This leaves far fewer options for deck building.
Yep. The pre-Doom meta was pretty balanced/solid. They really mucked it up with this event, but luckily the old meta will be back soon.
It won't be until the next expansion that the wild cards swill leave.
Not really, except I was glad I resisted the urge to dust my Golden Dr.Boom, My first pulled legendary from Boomsday, and Dusted him when he received his "Nerf". I don't play warrior at all and almost every 1st legendary or free legendary I've ever pulled has been Warrior. /sigh.
Other than getting a golden Dr. Boom I feel you man. Most of my freebies are Warrior aswell, and it's my least liked class..
I am a little bummed I crafted Armagedillo now. Would be nice to get a dust refund on it but not the end of the world without. It is going to have a huge impact though. The deck will be much less consistent.
I had the same feeling after the preparation nerf having recently crafted Edwin a few weeks earlier. Feel your pain, but blizzard would never be that generous.
Preperation has always been an issue. While I dont disagree that they sometimes pick the cheap option last time they did nerf 3 legendaries out of the 5 nerfs. Which is insane

Besides bug fixes and Tombs of Terror files there is one gameplay change - no more class bonuses for discovers. That is huge in my opinion! Control Warrior relies heavily on its discover effects - extra copies of Tomb Warden, Armagedillo, Dyn-o-matic or Omega Devastator are often crucial for the deck. Now Delivery Drone, Omega Assembly and Flunky all loose a lot of power. The deck is still likely very good against aggro, but should now have much bigger trouble in the late game.
What do you think about this. Is Warrior loosing even more of its power or is it fine just getting neutral taunts and mechs?
The DR boom nerf was a slap on the wrist, I am glad they are adressing the real issue. IMo they should have done this when Odd Paladin was abusing this to Discover Sunkeeper Tarim
