Zilean is from Icathia, once a vassal state in the shouth of Shurima. And Malphite comes from Ixtal, a Jungle region in the east of Shurima. So both champions would fit more or less into Shurima. Since they already showed Zilean in some of the Shurima cards, I guess they will add Zilean next and maybe Malphite in the third expansion. But I wouldnt be surprised If they wont add Malphite at all because there are many more champions that would fit better than Malphite, like Xerath.
I agree. I hope they will offer way more optional things to buy in future. The more options to spend money on cosmetics, emotes and more, the less likely it is that they have to increase the prices for cards (or to reduce the amount of rewards).
I really liked the Solo Adventure from Rise of Shadows. It was one of the best solo adventures they ever created. For 2020 I hope for some new interesting cards for Shaman and Rogue to play around with.
The Recruit Mechanic is all about cheating big minions out for less mana. So I was looking for cheaper minions to have a bit more to do in the early game and I added Vargoth because it is the only "small" minion I can think of you are happy to see from your recruits.
And if you draw him against agressive decks you have a early minion to play (as soft taunt) and against other decks you can still get great use out of his effect. You can play him at 10 mana with one of your 6 mana spells, execute 2 enemy minions ore Shuffle 2 times with dead mans hand. I've played this deck without Vargoth before and I think Vargoth makes this deck better. At least I can say I won some games due to Vargoth.
I tried Blatant Decoy but unfortunately it didnt work so well for me. But depending on the meta this card could definately be a nice addition.
This deck is already not bad vs aggressive decks (for me at least) and I think the early mountain giant is so good that it helps the deck more than not.
To the other legendaries: I tried to build this deck with some small synergies in itself. Maybe Rotface would be a nice addition. But yes I think all the other legendaries would work fine as well.
One thing about my version: I'm not sure I think I have to many weapons. Maybe I should cut one of the Weapons Projects for something like Bring It On?
My favourite Card is Elise the Enlightened because Elise is my favourite Hearthstone Character. I have some very interesting deck ideas with her. I also really like the Artwork on this card.

I really hate the mill strategy but every time I see someone playing a combo deck I am very grateful that it exists
One control Warrior deck I play is Dragon Warrior. I have a solid winrate against most decks listed here and it is extremely fun to play.
