I am slinging this card in a deck that generates trash cards for slightly better cards! It will probably be meme but who knows for sure :)

In the little hype trailer for this adventure, Lazul basically said she saw two outcomes and it was up to us to decide since both were true. So whichever story you like better lol.

I have found with deckbuilding there are two pitfalls that happen concerning synergy. Only focusing on one, or focusing on too many.

With your Jinx deck as has been pointed out, you are building your deck solely to level her up. The synergy is there and I would wager your 1 win the synergy pulled off perfectly. That is best case scenario, but it seems like it should just be one strategy of the deck.

Since Jinx relies on empty hand, maybe run a deck that is also concerned with low cost aggressive minions. You can usually dump all of them in a round and you are posing a constant threat to your opponent. Or combine the discard cards, with a secondary midrange strategy that pulls in some good units with good stats and abilities to help you stabilize and/or win the game themselves. Jinx can become a nice bonus to that end. Her quick attack is super useful in itself, and tends towards an aggro deck type.

Don't give up on deckbuilding, just be prepared to have tons of failures while experimenting. And no matter how synergetic your deck is, it still has to be able to answer a different deck's strategy. Always be prepared to add different strategies to a deck or in some cases completely change the deck. Usually if it is a deck that I just love the cards in, I'll keep it to play for fun, not expecting to win lol!

I think it took most people by surprise. Basically if you want to try and apply logic, you declare an attack, your opponent declares blockers, your units turn away from the Nexus to attack the blockers, the spell that removed them happens within mere seconds of the fight starting, your attacker runs at the blocker instead of the Nexus and swings their attack at their dissipating body...

Hmm maybe there will be certain cards that ask us to choose Dragons or Old Gods for different effects. Or the choose is directly referring to just the single adventure. I am hoping for dragons and old gods to finish this year with a crazy finish!!

I have played this deck for 16 games with 9-7 56% winrate. It struggles against Warrior (1-3) so far has performed well against other classes with Rogue (2-0) being the best matchup. I have revised it twice and think I now have the most optimal decklist.

Thank you for the update. Yes I can see in an overly AoE spell meta, this deck would not perform as well.
