Are these quest only for play mode? I didn't get any completion when playing Arena or Tavern Brawl.
Yes.
Spell Priest with some powerful minions seems like a fun flavour.
Mini Rattlegore kinda.

Does anyone if these games count towards your hero wins (like for the 1k portrait), like arena games do?

Rattlegore is like a better version of Dreadsteed.
Kayne is the only one I wouldn't have predicted. But hopefully these nerfs will shake up the meta. Still hoping for Libram Paladin to become a thing :p

Is it possible, that since I still have that bugged Legendary Quest from week 1, that the new one doesn't show up yet?

Looks decent, curious if the buffs will make Shaman and Paladin see some play.
Libram Paladin is pretty fun (2x discount, Wisdom and Hope).
