As a Libram Paladin player, I can pretty much confirm what you said. Magehunter seems pretty good so far, and will also be useful against Priest and a few other decks who rely on big or deathrattle minions.
I also got 35/44 epics, 30 golden commons, 18 golden rares and 3 golden epics as well as all the normal commons and rares. While not that lucky with legendary cards, I think I got a good amount of golden cards (excluding the ones from the 5 golden packs).
Hello there guys, I took some time to analyze all the cards I got from my early pack opening and I wanted to share it with you guys. While I didn't get that many legendary cards, I got a nice amount of golden cards from the non-golden packs.
Number of packs opened: 142 (137 normal + 5 golden)
Basically Animal Companion on a smaller and better mana cost (1 mana instead of 3, while the demon companion have half the stats of their animal counterparts). 4/5, will definitely see play.
Hello guys, for the people who ordered the 85 pack bundle, how do you plan on opening the golden packs, first or last?
As for myself, I'll have around 150 total packs when the expansion hits (meaning around 145 normal packs) and I'm considering opening the golden packs first, since if I were to open then last, I fear I would have most of the cards already, resulting in poor luck.
Let's compare this to the old version of Keeper of the Grove, the one which had 4 health and saw quite some play. For one less mana, Magehunter has one less health. Also, while the Keeper could either silence a minion or deal two damage, the Magekeeper can both silence a minion and deal two damage to it instantly. Not necessarily better than Consume Magic, but it's still a good option.
Is #5 actually related to Hearthstone? I searched everything that could relate to Brann, Bob and Bounce, actually even related to Battlegrounds and still nothing.
I was a freebie for this expansion and only managed to gather 1300 gold since I started playing again. However, I got 3 legendaries in 13 packs which is a premiere for me. Got Lady Vashj, Reliquary of Souls and Zixor, Apex Predator. While not the ones I wanted, I kept all but Lady Vashj and crafted (using the dust from the rotation too) Lady Liadrin (and all the cards for Pure Libram Paladin), Evocation (and all the cards for Spell Mage), Kayn Sunfury and a couple other DH cards.
Galakrond Rogue players should simply be banned from entering Ranked. Or Casual. Or the game, to be honest. Let's rely on the RNG of a netdecked deck and pray we get the right lackeys (and secrets with the new Outland legendary), while almost roping every turn, because it's so hard to play this deck, I'm sure you need a PHD in order to know how to do the right plays, so that you don't reach rope every turn.
Now this might just be isolation induced madness, but does Corsair Cache artwork seem suspicious to anyone else? Overall the expansion doesn't really have a Pirate theme and we haven't seen Ethereal Pirates before in Hearthstone. No other Warrior card of this set really connects to it thematically and it wouldn't be difficult to come up with a more Outland-appropriate artwork to fit the rest of the set.
Could it be a hint for a future expansion? Perhaps one involving Pirates in some shape or fashion?
Or maybe this is just some WoW reference I don't get
In Outland there is a zone called Area 52, which is run by goblins and has quite some ethereals. So I think it's more of a twist to make an ethereal fit theme-wise for a warrior. I mean, ethereals with weapons do exist, but they wouldn't really fall under the class of warrior, more like a battle mage, so yeah, given pirates are known to be part of warrior cards in HS, they "transformed" the ones in the art to be pirate-like.
Mate, if you somehow see this post, please accept my friend request. I faced you in Casual Standard a couple of minutes ago (you were playing Dragon Pally and I was playing Dragon Hunter), but sadly I think you disconnected/went afk. I'd love to put our Dragon decks to a duel again.

What are your thoughts about this?
So most of the time this basically has Deathrattle: Add 1+ removal spells to your deck. Pretty good I must say.
Not to mention your own spells which makes it even more bonkers.

Pretty much, I rated it 5 stars right away, because of what you explained.

I've always been a fan of meme Deathrattle Priest. Cheap Deathrattle + Reborn minion just for that? Yes please!
A tie between Dragon Consort and good ol' Nefarian. Those cards, together with BRM will be the best time of Hearthstone, for me at least.
