This looks great for some sort of Tempo/Elemental Mage. Get a Sorcerers Apprentice down, lob a few cheap spells at your opponent and refill your hand with Mana Cyclone . Could be a useful later game play?
Do anyone realize that this time, we see almost all legendaries before trash cards?
Most Legendary cards *are* Trash cards in most decks. You have to build around them, there's very few Legendaries that you can just drop in a deck and they'd work. Anyway, this card is OK. I don't think it'll be as strong as some people are making out.
Especially as it's so heavy in cost. By the time you draw it and play it you have every chance of having drawn the Minions that you wanted to pull with this card.
Huh. More Choose One cards coming for Druid? This is a nice little card. Even if you only manage to get off a Wrath or something, it's got good value potential. I'm happy to not see any really crazy Legendary cards so far. This is probably going to fit in most Druid decks over the next two years or so in Standard.
Healadin could really be a thing this Expansion. Its been in the wings for a while now but cards like Baku and Uther Of The Ebon Blade have forced it out. With those two rotating I might actually tinker with the concept a little more.
Before the last load of Card Reveals I was neither her nor there. Now though .. I'm getting excited. More so than for some time, I think Un'Goro was the last time I was this hyped.
It's the Rotation that has me excited more than anything though. A whole new set of cards, three Massive Sets being cast out and some new Decks to tinker with, including whole new Archetypes.
This card is what turned me onto the idea of a Summoner Mage. Throw in Khadgar, Unexpected Results, this, Astromancer, that new 8 mana Mage Spell. Spiteful if you play in Wild.
Could be good. But I thought that Hand Druid would be a thing, so blah...
This is one of the latest card reveals, along with Blast master Boom, that has me a little more hyped than I was. Warrior and Rogue getting new toys for existing Archetypes is nice and Mage is (fingers crossed) looking playable with a Summoner Archetype.
Me: Plays Unseen Saboteur AHA!
Opponent drops The Boomship
Me... . 😬

And award for Cutest card of the set goes to. ..
More Choose One cards. This is good news, I was hoping they would release more cards that work with the new Legendary.
And that Stag is awesome

Interesting. A Wyvern is a Wyrm is a Dragon though. Right? 🤔
