Edit: Oh nevermind, now that the picture is up it says once per game, was gonna say that it was straight up broken, but this is nice and the determination by the player when they wanna cash in on it will keep it interesting.
So after voting these last few days the only issue I've seen so far is fair number of too similar cards being created since they can't see what has already been pitched till they themselves are voting (i.e. the reno scheme cards). The only suggestion I can think of (besides players voting first before creating) is the 24-48 hour window of card feedback to minimize it.
As always, good job with the lore tie in Goliath. What other subjects have you thought about doing or passed over? I was thinking doing the 3 dwarven clans wouldn't be too bad. Hopefully one day we get a War Of The Ancients expansion.

Hoping for 2020: I'd like to see another year long story with the expansions. And maybe, just maybe they'll actually try to steer the classes into what their supposed identities are supposed to be since so far it's been neglected.

Allows a token style early game and plays into trading up a tier for a lower one. Hard to try and keep consistent especially if trying to stack a 3 of a certain mob. Ideal early tokens Alleycat and Murloc Tidehunter.
There actually was quite a bit of story initially when they had the newsletter with stories going into more detail of the war between Noxus & Demacia along with all the other factions until they stopped. Now that I think about it I missed Nikasaur after she left because the community spotlight was great. Haven't touched LoL in years but was mostly attached to the flavor of characters from Piltover so perhaps I'll start off there.
Others may have had the same issue I've had to where even if you select the different portrait or set to favorite some of your preexisting decks will stay as they are for the portrait. The quick fix for me has been to just remake the deck with the new 1000 win portrait selected at the start and then it should be working fine, although the issue is something Blizzard will have to fix down the road.
Not worth the price imo, especially with how awful blizzcon was last year and the issues they had with VODs. If they ever came out with a virtual ticket packages where you can select which in game rewards you'd like and the price adjusted for how many you've selected then maybe I'll be interested again.

You did the math wrong, if you use the hero power for 2, it gives 1 gold back. You would have spent 1 gold total not 3.
