I don't have a clue either as to how and what is coming, and I fully agree with you on possible balance issue with obviously broken game design, but ... They wouldn't have went that far in their development of the idea if there wasn't anything to support said idea. I'm as perplexed as you are, but even more puzzled seeing everyone jumping to the conclusion that rogue will make it work. Only time will tell, but to me, it seems very likely that more duplication tools are to be revealed. But what exactly? We can only speculate for now.
I want to believe that some more support to copy, duplicate and multiply your minions are coming. This - and Desert Obelisk - can't only rely on Faceless Manipulator and Togwaggle's Scheme. If it was the case, it would have been a rogue class card, right?

Logging in this morning got me really excited. The site was already progressively getting better and better. It already felt like home when the card reveal countdown came along. I was getting really hyped, and still am, with the site achievements in the making. And now that the notification function is on - making it so much easier to follow any given thread, comments and reply for a given topic - I'm just awestruck by how smooth OOC got. I also really appreciate how it kicked in with some retrospective notifications from earlier comments.
I just wanted to point it out for any other user that haven't noticed yet, but also give you guys some positive feedback ; you are doing an amazing job! Thank you for your dedication and hard work. Out of Cards is THE place to be! <3
You do bring an interesting point by comparing it with different other draw tool, mana for mana, which is a really fair comparative. But as for the limited synergy, I tend to conclude that hunter's arsenal goes hand in hand with both hunter's beast pool and secrets, which makes this 3 cards package deal very interesting. RNG may prevent having a truly useful secret, but chances are good for it to nontheless buff Eaglehorn Bow or for Headhunter's Hatchet to trigger (with or without the add of that extra beast). Anyway around, we can all agree that - at least on paper - it has some valuable potential.
I tried a systematic approach to see what could trigger the bug but couldn't reproduce it again ... It did happen randomly a couple time this morning (10-11'ish, Pacific Time) while checking the new card reveal and the related discussion threads. The code however made it clear that the voting operation was successful, so we got that! So far so good? :P
The issue doesn't seem specific to downvoting either ... I was upvoting some comments and kept being redirected to this white internet tab listing the comment ID, the voting count, and the success of the point up/down ... but it doesn't trigger for every vote up or down ... haven't found any consistent rational as to when it does or doesn't redirect
This card is seemingly slow and requires quite a setup to be functioning, but I don't doubt someone's going to weaponize those Obelisk into something great. Can't wait to see more cards from the set to see if its going to be useful now, or only in a couple expansions from now ; Only time will tell.
I'm already hearing its slow, lazily articulated voice line making me uncomfortable ...

Its a 2 steps operation ; 1) Get the spelling right : Divine shield, 2) Search Divine Shield into the search box ^^

Warlock had it rough with the couple latest expansions. It was about time to give it some love valuable card for its toolbox.
