The honorable kill makes it so situational - some games, it may build up, and on some other, you won't ever have a chance to scale it up - depending on your opponent's play(s)
Arena: Another solid card. Piloted Shredder is on the weaker side these days but still playable. Dire Frostwolf is like a modern age version of that card. Significantly better, but not broken or anything.
Constructed: Looks like this is part of a package. Are we finally getting to see (Midrange) Beast Druid? Could be.
+1 for the reminder that Piloted Shredder once terrorized the (standard) meta
It is slow, yes, but it is at least a tad better than you make it sound : for (3) mana, you get 3 2/2 with Stealth. The fact that they summon stealth minions makes it usable, as the beast will patiently await your turn - in most cases. All we are missing to make this work is some more buffs for Beast and druid would have a viable archetype.
Your comment had me re-read the card text - the confirmation that it was "beasts summoned" and not "played" is the saving grace of this design - indeed a great follow up for Glowfly Swarm
Seems like it could push a little extra damage to the face, given that you prioritizes trading and controlling the board, which ain't typical for your average aggro DH list
I could see this used as swing turns, combined with countless rush-token, helping to stabilize and gain board control. But for it to act as good as Savage Roar once was, you would need a steady board already - and one that can survive 2-3 turns to allow for your final push, which may sound a little too idealistic/optimistic - it is a tad too predictable
I was thinking it would be problematic too, but more in regards to token decks - as 13 illiaries aren't that hard to kill in a game - and the resulting (0) mana pair of Ur'zul Giant would act as a finishers
Seems cool on paper, but I still want to see the rest of the set, because at this point, I don't know what would be the optimal target for such effect - it has the potential to be strong and adequate support for Big Demons brews
It has potential on paper, but it seems a bit slow for what it is on the turn it is played. Of course, you will then be able to sacrifice quite a few illidaries with rush, but ... still
Especially into Mage's hands - I second tha

That makes for a great tempo play, for sure
Can't go wrong with tutoring that also gives discount and long lasting effect!
Rez-shenanigan is now part of Hunter's identity ^^
Am I too naive to think this is a sign Control Hunter will be viable ?
Yes, it is naive of me .. but I can't help
Reveal seasons are always exciting - thanks OoC for making the season such a fun time to be around!

It is an interesting design, with room for possible abuse, I think people will find a way to cheap out something good with this flexible tutor

I want to believe that more Big Demons are coming our way - I'm a believer .. and a demon lover

I came here to mention the very same idea - thanks for beating me to i

The return of Hero card makes me happy.
I haven't found a use for that one yet, but in time, it will shine..!
