ZERO hype for the new Barrens expansion. Almost every legendary card of the new set seems boring AF. Almost no new mechanics, and the only ones that I see (buildings, frenzy) are anonymous to say the least. Only powercreeps and super boring effects. And we get THIS while al LOT of fun stuff rotates out from standard, like highlander decks, Galakrond and quests.
To this, add that the theme is shitty to me too, since I don't like Horde.
I appreciate every single new feature coming, really! Good job Blizz!
... but everything is going to be useless if they don't nerf that brainless cancer rogue and his aggro shit, since facing it destroys my will to play this game.
I hate cards like this one. Why am I supposed to unpack/craft a LEGENDARY card just to draw? Legendary cards should be supposed to have interesting mechanics, not just "Uh, this card draws 1, so common... This other one draws 2, so rare... This one DRAWS 3! This must be LEGENDARY!"
Has anyone else experienced problems opening the rogue pack? Mine has been correctly added to the pack opener, but I cannot open it; pressing spacebar is useless, and if dragged to the center it comes back to the starting point when dropped.
You could play Heroic Duels to round it out. Same awards as Arena.
True, didn't consider that. But I think I dislike Duels even more then arena. I hate how, even in a mode like this, people can't avoid netdecking. I abandoned casual Duels mode after few runs because of this, and I can pretty safely assume that the competitive Duels mode is way worse from this point of view.
I think they should do something about gaining amounts of gold that are not strictly multiple of 50. I actually have 95g, and if I don't play arena (and I don't like to) I can't get to a round amount of gold, making the remaining 45g totally useless. It feels like I have some currency, but cannot spend it. Feels bad.
Yesterday I didn't receive both the daily and the weekly quest and pretty sure I was not going to be compensated in any way. I was about to stop playing HS.

This does not answer to my point. In short, what I said is "This effect is boring for a legendary card".
They could have easily made a rare/epic card with similar effect.

Never been a fan of the "no X-cost cards" mechanic, a pretty boring and nonsense limitation imho. Hope to see something new coming.
