On another slightly unrelated note, Horseman Uther got his new voice lines. Didn't find a better place to share this info. 😀
Very good job. I think maybe hearthpwn had this feature back in the day, but I'm not sure..
Anyway, one improvement idea pops up: you could make a button for legendaries which plays the Intro AND the Play sound simultaneously, as it is a little bit difficult to press both quickly in succession for the full intro experience.
EDIT: omg I must learn to read. I can see you are already working on this, never mind
The only XP-giving achievement I'm missing is the perfect duels run.
I'm playing casual duels. The other day I managed to assemble a near perfect hunter deathrattle deck. I faced the same guy 3 times in a row starting at a 9-0 record. He managed to beat me the third time so I could advance to the final mage boss whom I easily defeated only to get a 12-1 run.
Thanks man for ruining my perfect run.
Did not queue up in duels since.
We actually managed to do it. Took only 4 tries to queue into each other, and from then with clever deckbuilding and careful gameplay, it was actually a piece of cake. And as a bonus, it was a TON of fun.
Yeah let's try this. We could try your way as well. In the meantime, I'm also putting the secret in every Paladin deck. The problem is, when I know my opponent is gonna cast a key spell, I'm always like "oh man, should i play it now or rather wait for the perfect opportunity for the achievement which will occur around 0.000001% of the time".
So if anyone was wondering, I did the math on Oh My Yogg! chances to deal lethal damage for each mana category. These values assume that both heroes are within range of the randomly generated spell, and there are no minions on board (these conditions maximize the chance of success).
Also assuming that if the Paladin hero dies, it also counts for the YoggChamp achievement. If that is not the case, then most of these percentage values should be cut by half.
0 : 1/22 = 4.545% - Raise Dead (only the casting hero's health matters)1 : 5/97 = 5.155% - Arcane Shot, Rapid Fire, Lightning Bolt, Rain of Fire, Soulfire2 : 4/91 = 4.396% - Frostbolt, Eviscerate, Shiv, Nether Breath3 : 4/68 = 5.882% - Kill Command, Lava Burst, Molten Blast, Serpentshrine Portal4 : 6/44 = 13.636% - Scrap Shot, Fireball, Hammer of Wrath, Dunk Tank, Hellfire, Mortal Strike5 : 3/56 = 5.357% - Apexis Blast, Holy Wrath (should only use cards with 1+ mana cost), Bane of Doom 6 : 1/17 = 5.882% - Starfire7 : 0/10 = 0%8 : 0/14 = 0%9 : 0/3 = 0%10: 1/7 = 14.286% - Pyroblast
So the best way to do this achievement is: try to queue up with a buddy at the very same time in Ranked, put both heroes to 10- health while keeping the board clear, cast Oh My Yogg!, wait for the opponent to cast a 10 mana spell (preferably as a Mage, as Mages have the most 10 mana spells (2) so it's easier to draw them) and pray to Yogg. Repeat if failed.
If anyone is up for this shit, feel free to add me. Always an optimist.
Region: EUUsual Play Times: anytimeLevel of Experience: Advanced. I play from Beta, 2 times Legend (not that it's worth anything), 1000+ wins with all (except DH which I almost never play), 2500+ wins with Mage.Preferred Heroes: Mage, Warrior, Paladin, PriestI’m Looking For: Buddies with whom I could try to get in queue the same time so we can work out that freakin' YoggChamp achievement. :D That one is already done. Buddies for trading 'Challenge/Spectate a Friend!' quests.Tell us something about you: I like highlander control/value decks.
I have only 'YoggChamp' left out of all Darkmoon achievements to complete. So if you encounter a Paladin with a secret up (which is most likely Oh My Yogg!) and either player is close to death, please cast a spell before the killing blow or the concede so there is a chance this fucking achievement triggers. :D
Managed to do it in a couple hours in Wild. I had a game where I literally summoned 100+ of them against Big Priest.
I'm already trying all the things you mentioned. Nothing seems to work. :D
Quote From viczoneI'm doing the fucking Greybough achievement at the moment. Please if you read this, and you encounter me on ladder (inf3rno#2564) and I don't attack you, don't attack me. And don't concede. Thx :D

This is gonna take a lifetime. In most cases I don't even draw the Greybough, but even if I do, I'm dead by then. Or when can finally drop some of them, the opponent just concedes. Fuck you Blizzard. :D
Quote From aposteljoeIf you don't care about your Wild rank, just do the XP achievements there.

Decks are so strong in Wild I think you have less chance to do any achievements there
I understand that Ranked is about competition, but for most of the achievements you don't even have to win. So I'm more than happy to finish the achievement and then concede to give you the win. Where you have to win (eg. Yogg, C'thun achievements) this does not apply of course.
I just completed the C'thun achievement. It was a grind. I specifically made a Priest deck for it, with draws, heals, and board clears. None of my opponents got the idea, even though I never attacked face and even healed their face to clean up accidental damage. Finally I found a Priest with the similar idea, I think he knew what was going on, but I was the luckier person.
The signal could be anything else, like spamming 'Ooops' 3 times in the beginning which otherwise makes no sense.
I just hope some of my future opponents read this. :D
Maybe this came up elsewhere, but tbh I didn't look it up.
So the idea is: if I don't attack you (I'm talking Ranked mode), that means I'm trying to do some silly achievements, so please try not to attack me. :)
Indirect nerf to Exotic Mountseller.
How does this interact with Spell Damage? I mean, Spell Damage buffs the numbers on a card, right? Does this mean that with Spell Damage +1, this does damage to 4 minions? Or it just buffs the damage output for each target by 1?
Said it bros ^_^ Fuck yeah.
