Well, I guess it's time to try recruit warrior again. Not a big fan of 9 mana do nothing, but the rattle is just insane : If you can cheat it out early, it's basically game over. I mean, how do you deal with this without silence or transform effects?
The C'Thun lady felt awful to play against : this is basically the same and your next spell has a divine shield attached to it. A real pain in the ass.
I love that they finally created a card that interacts with something else than just hands and decks. Great design for this card even though some effects are fringe broken.
What's boring me the most at the time, is the fact that neither my opponent or me really have control: everything is rng and generated value. I still do my dailies in HS though, but I'm not gonna lie, only because I invested so much time and money in the game : my head is telling me to just let it go, but I can't .
Runeterra is my breath of fresh air for 3 months now. Decision making and collection progression both feel great and rewarding. Try Runeterra Op, you might enjoy it.
At a 6 mana cost, I doubt this will see any competitive play. With the sheer amount of stats this expansion brings, it's even bad as removal: it will die instantly in contact with target at the point you can play this. Harpy didn't see play and this won't although there's a mech tag.
Besides de fact that you could possibly get screwed on board, you're basically advancing your opponent deck. What a weird design. It will never see play in any serious deck. That's why I need to try it! :p
I have joined so many streams in preview times of Legends of Runeterra in twitch. Most of them were people who didn't ever played card games and started to be interested in just because of it is League of Legends' card game and people who were in chat were also like that. The amount was really so high. So I suggest people to not underestimate the power of the fan-bases.
Riot wants to do what Blizzard did with Hearthstone. Let's see they will be able to or not.
I'm looking forward to this as the game releases. So far, I noticed that most of the streamers were actually LoL players with a solid fanbase. The good part is that a good amount of them got actually hooked, and in that regard, it feels pretty healthy for the future of the game: it is comforting knowing it will start with a good amount of hype and visibility. I don't think this game will ever dethrone HS, but Riot is no joke, and with their f2p friendly approach, and MOST OF ALL the reactivity of the development team, the success (I hope) should be there. This game ain't artifact: HS has a real contender this time.
Why does t5 hates warlock so much? Too be short it has been : handlock, zoo, and for some time cubelock. 3 viable archetypes. I can't even remember if renolock was a thing in standard... Where the hell are the demons? The fact that this class has no real identity besides spamming 5 different tribes on the board is really painful to watch. Damn, I miss a good old thoughtful handlock: it was so rewarding to play... We'll see with this set. As for this card : gtfo.
That statline is ridiculous. T5 never learns it seems. 'Member 4 mana 7/7 pig? And spell power in top of that? Playing 0 and 1 cost removal in shaman. Smh. This, or 0 cost spells are taking the axe for sure. The whining after the release of this set is going to be off the charts. /popcorn
Nice tool, well balanced. Good pick in arena in my opinion, but I can't see where you fit this in constructed.
The tokens can go face ... Yiiikeesss... Same stats as Chromaggus but it actually do something boardwise. Very frightening if it is cheated out.

Damn. This is very strong. I'll fit it in all my control decks as the value is really great.
This is way too strong. Remember firefly? Good luck dealing with this. I hate it already.
And more 0 mana cards. "Crystology" for free. Team 5 never learns it seems.

I already hate this card and the future moments when I'll look at it discovering itself. Insane in a Yogg build.
The effect is powerful but I can't see this succeed in standard with just Kael as a trigger. It might find a deck or two in wild though.

Prepare yourselves to get gutted by this card... Neutral Houndmaster Shaw for every class is borderline op....

Has it been a meta where rogue could be considered " weak"? I don't think so. The class got knew overpowered toys to play with. Oh well...
Dude... I feel like a kid before Christmas : I've not been that excited for a new set for a long time!! 13 more hours...
Congrats guys! Send me some of your luck on the tenth while I open my packs : I'm going to need it! :)
