Mine has 8 but I agree with you its kind of slow to complete the quest fast, but the idea of mine is to play as a mech paladin at the beggining + the New hero power has synergy in late game likie 7 mana egg+Hpower 8 mana whelp+Hp 10 mana tirion and undertake + Hpower.Thats I chose low cost roborn minions.
I dont know how good this deck will be but I will give it a try.
But I would like to know is it give the minion 3/3 everytime you target it or just if the minion is damaged and it restores the minion health and give it 3/3

Highkeeper Ra is 10 mana 20/20. So is it possible to summon it via Sea Giant + Conjurer's Calling , The Storm Bringer ... randomly?

Hunter:Mech Hunter but I would like to see Reno Secret Vesrsion
Mage:Probably freeze/cyclone mage will be most playable
Paladin: Mech Paladin maybe Hybrid with Quest Reborn minions.
Priest: OTK combo Priest T1, resurrect priest T2
Rouge:Lackey Rouge with 1,2 new cards included
Shaman:Lackey shaman is so aggresive maybe Murloc shaman will be High tier too
Warlock:EZ Lackey Warlock top Tier
Warrior: Control Warior with some new cards but Maybe Quest Bomb Warrior will be a thing

From all the new quest I think its the waekest
Just like normal mech paladin and the new Hpower has synergy with some deathrattles
1. You say downvoting "makes me feel good (and powerful)"
2. You compare OoC with Hearthpwn,where the only differce between them is site design (you can stay in Hpwn if you like it more)
So why you want to change the downvote system here and why do you even care how many downvotes you get?
Feels so happy becouse those are only sites I use for HS info.
I think easiest deck to comple 2 quests is Wild Murloc Shaman, but I think the new quest is kind a useless
