Congratulations to all of the winners, and thank you to OoC for the giveaway, the virtual snowballs, and providing a place for this wonderful community to gather!
Oh, I think my hint was for the week 1 Yu-Gi-Oh riddles. But I didn't (and don't) know how to do the search to find 3000 LP cards for week 2, so for me that was brute-force as well. Only after finding it did I find that connection. But glad it helped you!
There is a MTG holiday cards article on OOC just now. Check it out and see if any cards have words that are in the clue.
For Yu-Gi-Oh:

Ugh. Nothing to suggest other than brute-force searching for key adjectives in the cards database. But with like 351 pages of cards what else can you do?
Well, think of a character in the Marvelverse that shares the name with a card in another popular game here relevant to the clue. And forget any connection to snow or holidays (at least that I can think of). Hope that didn't make it even worse :)
Alchemy's first ban, and it's an uncommon. What a shocker! It is almost as if they realized that they wouldn't be giving anyone any useful wildcards anyways, so why not ban?
You want to be looking for phrases associated with sudden drops in temperature. Obviously this is harder for those for whom English is not their first language. So think about words associated with things happening quickly, or suddenly.
Many of the cards are from the same expansion, like this one is. An interesting winter-themed keyword is snow, just so you know. And to get to 56 mana, well that might require multiplication, which is kinda like copying.
You did a lot better than I did with a similar approach. I did blunder into the solution to one of them though:
Three spirits stand next to Zed. This one symbolizes his memory.

Dunno where they get that "three spirits" from. Just goggled for cards related to Zed and LoR, and one could be plausibly linked to memory (or the type of events that can evoke memories).
I haven't found them all, but I can say that at least half of them are Kaldheim cards, which should reduce the search space for some of them. I will note that Kaldheim had a strong troll theme. The others I found had a pretty strong winter theme in their name or riddle.

In a Clue-related PSA, the blank icon between Runeterra and MTG is evidently Marvel Snap (only stumbled on that by accidently finding the answer).

Yeah, and wassup with that useless Reno Jackson? That wastoid doesn't even change your starting health. Why would anyone want *that* in your deck?
They are working for now, and until May 5 there is a code "PATCHUP" for 4k XP for compensation
Oh, no! There are three ties now. How did that happen?
At this moment, two ties. I have some spare snowballs, so maybe the ties can be broken... or not.
Hit by... 305 Snowballs(!) Avalanche indeed! Thanks!
(I wonder if people still say this or if I am dating myself)
And now back to the weather where we have reports of ice, fire, and ice on fire.
If the temperature just dropped drastically for seemingly no reason, then you're probably experiencing one of these.
I just solved it, and boy was it annoying
