Happy to see DK buffs, but it's actually unbelievable to me that they didn't buff warrior. The entire class makes up less than 2% of games on ladder across all ranks, and it's been like that for several expansions (not counting the month of kotf being in standard).
i was under the impression that the grayscale art is a stylistic choice for this set's signature cards specifically. sort of like the showcase art for the most recent innistrad sets in mtg
fun(?) biology fact: the maw being a smaller secondary angler is a reference to real anglerfish mating behavior in which a male angler attaches itself to a female and gradually atrophies into little more than reproductive organs for later use while still being alive :)
You probably don't play Varden in the same deck as the quest, since they have opposite goals. Sorcerer's Gambit wants you to play a lot of spells of all 3 schools, whereas with Varden you want to specifically play spells that are good when you recast them (randomly). Probably good in elemental mage where you play a lot of minions and few spells, but elemental mage has never been a very good deck.
Nourish stapled to Hellfire sounds pretty strong, and that's ignoring the 5 armor and upgraded hero power. The fact that chains of dread doesn't advance the quest is offset by the fact that she gives you guys as you churn through your deck. Anyways I love my evil skeleton wife.
I wonder if this sees play over coerce in wild odd warrior. Freeze your opponents board so they either skip their turn or overextend into your brawl seems real strong.
the priest boy band is hilarious

(i like it, personally)
Don't believe Lord Godfrey when he tells you he got his ribcage removed for China's sake. We all know the real reason he did that.
no fucking way they reprinted reno

Can it whiff by hitting the same keyword more than once?
Love to see the demons buffs. I've finally been rewarded for spending hours grinding a mediocre archetype because I like the characters.
Wait is that Tamsin but as a lich?
FOR THE HORDE >:)
For the horde!
