Best idea I got is to fill your hands with 1 cost spells and then reduce them with Emperor Thaurissan like rapid-fire, arcane shot, secret plan, the beast within or bestial wraith. Since they all cost 1 now 0 from Emperor Thaurissan you can lock and load to refill your hand with new cards, but yeah it's mostly just a meme.

It would have been longer but I dodged healing guy's neutralize. Otherwise, my fastest run was about 38 mins using lazul and gyrocopter, I might be able to go faster but since I have a max level BFF my times are always going to be slightly scuffed. So I drafted a Tuskarr Totemic as warrior+shaman in the arena, but when played his battlecry didn't trigger so you might want to be careful while drafting. Or might have just been a bug who knows
