Maybe it's only me, but I hate the situation when you dredge and your opponent plays something like a Curse of Agony or a Psychic Scream, and it not only shuffles new cards in your deck, but also shuffles the entire deck.
Pseudo draw. Copies of some cards. It's hard to think about balance of this card. Looks stronger then Zola or something. And rogue can bounce it, cause it's… rogue. It's also not specified -it copies the hand from the start of last turn or it's end. From the start, right?

For control mage it worse than Doomsayer. Costs more, has less health. Maybe it's effect worth it, but there is so many rush minions right now.
New flavor and hard to balance times. If you skip turn 5 with 5 unspent mana, you can play 10 mana card next turn. Is this OP? For me as a wild player - not so. Maybe make it only refresh mana? Also art of Oracle of Elune would be great art for this card.
I completely agree with your words. Yes, Mutanus can win the game or do a lot of disruption, but he is random and costs as much as 7 mana. I didn't liked Theotar right away even before the release. Even with 9 cards in hand, there is a very high chance of losing a valuable card. And this is happens every time. Also in return, something weak or completely useless is given. And it's only for 4 mana. For a very long time we had only a Dirty Rat, but now there are even more serious ways to spoil the opponent's game. I hope this card will be nerfed.

Interesting card's effect. The "greater claw" art looks strange. I would use "lesser claw" art for both tokens, but for the second one it needs to be photoshopped a little.

I don't know. I don't like. A beast for a paladin. Weak stats. Strong vulnerability to silence and removals. Maybe increase the cost and change to "at the end of your turn, double this minion's attack". So that the effect of the card justifies its vulnerability.

Yeah, find good art is difficult sometimes. And sometimes the chance to make a good card/flavor is missed because of this. As someone suggested, add "fantasy art" when you search art. You can also search for something on artstation, deviantart, etc.

Chemist is good with Spellcraft to save given stats, but why he is good with Quillboars?
