So this card is absolutely broken, it advantages all archetypes both in the early and late game.

Most likely a clutch late-game play for a Control deck stealing the likes of Zuljin or Boom.

Each iteration of Galakrond functions like the Spellstones from Kobolds & Catacombs, wherein you try to upgrade the spells first before you play them. So like playing a Secret to upgrade the Lesser Emerald Spellstone, making it summon three wolves instead of two. In this case, you must Invoke Galakrond to upgrade his Hero card, improving the Battlecry.

Thanks! though I meant lore-wise, as in there's only one Galakrond and he's getting revived or something.  Past that I don't get the three forms or the class choice or why they shrank Malygos

Waxdred is an interesting card and I can't seem to make a decision about how good I think it will be. Other cards with similar effects as this all failed either because you had to pay a high price or meet spesific conditions to ressurect them, but with Waxdred you pay the mana cost once and he (she?) is your forever. It is not hard to copy the deathrattle, and with some of the new cards (Galakrond and candle breath) it doesn't look like it will be hard to draw him again later. I just am not sure it will be worth spending that many resources just summoning raw stats. But then again, how much are you really spending to summon him? It is this question that makes me constantly second guess whether or not he will be good.

The card is definitely powerful enough for play, and the tag helps Candle Breath's inclusion.

The question rather is whether we'll see a Rogue archetype that can survive long enough for the value returns to make a difference.

Hanging by the ropes and proccing Waxadred doesn't quite do it, and N'Zoth will have rotated.

Miracle Rogue with Nomi + Myra's has been low-key powerful for awhile now and with both Galakrond + Candle Breath draw to be added to the mix I think the consistency will hit critical mass.

The future's bright for Rogue's combo archetypes.

    No one asked for battlegrounds.

"NEW MODE, UP TO 8 PLAYERS.... auto chess.

    So disappointed

Not sure why the downvotes,  it's not like we all weren't thinking it. Oh a reskin of our popular competitor yay..

    Tournament mode died for this..

I was hoping for some multiplayer dungeon run content - or at least another mode from which we could earn packs/card backs/gold.

Imagine a Dungeon Run Arena played against other players, play for free and 10-30 gold for winning.

We also got this instead of tournament mode which we've been asking for, I'm really surprised people are happy with the mode.

My money is on a Nomi deck.  You can already beat a lot of midrange if you get crazy opening hand with Myra's + Chef.

A cycle oriented build with some early board control cards, add new draw 3 for 3.

Hate that this is our new game mode.

We needed something new badly and lo behold blizz desperately trying to stay relevant by copying the auto battlers that have more or less gone out of fashion already.

Imagine we got pac man added as a game mode would you be happy?

Why didn't they release a multiplayer adventure.

It's an old card that sees play when other decks skip their early turns.  Hurts Druid/Priest most

Do the mana crystals come full or empty? I would expect it to be empty, which means yes you just dropped an 8/8 but your opponent is the first one to get access to a full ten mana. On the other hand if the crystals come in full this is broken.

if it works like Mojomaster Zihi then you will gain full mana crystals, but any mana you have already spent this turn will stay empty. So playing this guy at 4 mana will leave you with 6 mana open.

This is just an educated guess, so don't quote me on this.

You never know with hearthstone until you get to test it because it's not the most consistent game in the world. Just judging by balance though, I would be shocked if this card left you with 6 mana to spend after coming down as a 4 mana 8/8. That would completely negate the 'cost' of giving the opponent the first turn with ten mana to spare: assuming you have any 6 mana plays you're effectively putting 14 mana worth of stats on the board, not to mention the fact that your opponent probably didn't build their deck or mulligan for spending 10 mana on turn 4.

I think it's pretty safe to assume you're left with empty mana crystals if you play this on turn four, or if not, that it'll work that way after the inevitable nerf.

I completely agree there's no way you gain the crystals you just set them to 10.

They did Maly bad here, the card's fairly good however - mostly if the dragons are kind to Mage

You'd be right if HS had any respect for stable/canon storyline

In all fairness, not copying anything after 5 years of hearthstone is near impossible. Among over 300 base cards there got to be some similarity.

Also, the stats/mana ratio seems to be very close to HS. This makes the cards easy to understand for us hearthstoners and i like it!

I really don’t like the text arrangement in those cards. It feels Strange that the card name is higher or lower on the card dependent on the size of the text.

Try copying Magic as Hearthstone, practically every mechanic besides Discover was a 'theft'.

The deck should be built less around Flamewaker - a regular Burn/Tempo/Tempo mage with added Flamewaker is closer to what will settle imo.

The deck is very weak to Aggro and making your opponent draw 2 for free is a death sentence. You've lost that game if they had 1 drop.

Flamewaker is worth building around but due to what we have in terms of support we're better off simply adding him to our Cyclone Mage list or Highlander lists - where he fills the role of allowing you to draw him at least  if other core cards (Mountain Giant, Mana Cyclone, Zephrys) are at the bottom of your deck.

I agree 100%. The Hong Koong protests are an incredible feat of determination in people fighting for their rights, but if you want to support it, a game tournament is not the place to do it.

I would argue it turned out to be a brilliant place to do it. Look at the global reaction
