You must create a card which uses the Dredge keyword
Your card doesn't necessarily have to Dredge itself, but synergies should make explicit reference to it - we might do another competition for cards like Ambassador Faelin in the future, but for now they won't count
This starting theme comes straight from me! It's been a while since the last competition, so Dredge up those creative ideas.

I don't think we can rule it out just yet - the asker was specifically talking about Lightforged Crusader, a card that is both already Wild only and has never been nerfed.
Saying they won't buff cards to make them competitive in Wild is not the same as saying they won't revert nerfs, imo.

You must create a card which uses a counter similar to those of the Objective spells or the Sigils
That's the little marker above your hero that counts down how long an Objective lasts for, or how long until a Sigil activates. So long as your card is counting something, you're good to go!

It's time to start bringing those Mercenary innovations over into the main game - starting with those fancy Combos!
You must create a regular Hearthstone card which uses the Spell School Combo mechanic from Mercenaries
For those unfamiliar, some abilities in Mercenaries have additional effects if an ability of a specific Spell School was used previously that turn - Nature Combo, Fire Combo etc. - and we're looking to see this mechanic translated into regular Hearthstone.
For example, a card would have its Fel Combo ability activate if you played a Fel spell earlier that turn.
BloodMefist and anchorm4n have joined forces for this prompt - a particularly potent Combo, I think you'll agree!

Great card for specific decks, obviously. Doesn't feel too broken either from what we've seen so far, but maybe the new expansion brings enough power cards for it to worry.
Does Hunter want to be trading with the face to slowly buff up a weapon? It only takes a couple of missed swings to break it, so I'm not sure this is worth it over other options.
That's another card we've seen return - Vanish was rightfully removed from Rogue's core suite of cards, but I guess only being able to run one copy of this is enough of a safety valve (as well as being an expansion card).
Great card to stall with and a lovely target to bring back. Feels a bit weird that it probably doesn't work with the Hero, since there's no minion to base the Attack off. Would be cool if it used your Hero's Attack stat for that instead.
I love the uniqueness of the Hero Power, showing the duality of the class. The Battlecry is also insane, of course, but I think that's pretty self-evident.

I love the weapon. It's such a fun and unique card text to see, which is one of my favourite parts of Hearthstone.

Huge Health on that minion - feels pretty safe to just drop it and know it'll survive a turn, then buff it up with Rush minions dying.
