Hunter: This, followed by Doggie Biscuit.

Paladin: This, followed by Noble Mount.

For some classes, that could be nearly impossible to deal with. Imagine Rogue or Mage - if they can't remove the minion on T1, it may start an impossible number of copies to handle. At a minimum, it will allow the Hunter/Paladin to dominate the early game.

My prediction is this is a card that is very good against some classes, and at least a decent opener against any class.

I am putting this in my handbuff Paladin deck for sure.

Play this after playing a Libram of Hope!

Can you use spellburst once per turn for this minion, or just once overall?

Because if you can activate the divine shield each turn, that is very, very powerful.

I hit legend last month and started with an 11 star multiplier.

What really shocked me though was even if I lost several games in a row (it happens to us all), my multiplier remained the same. So there is no cost to losing games... at least in that sense.

But then I hit Platinum 5 today. I still had a 2 star multiplier. So I only need to win 15 stars to hit legend, and I get two stars per win, and only one per loss. (I'm almost there.)

On the one hand, this is great. Maybe my MMR is higher than I suspected. My matches have for the most part been challenging, so it doesn't feel like I'm playing against easy opponents.

But if this keeps up, legend may become a quick breeze for those who've made it many times before (high MMR?) and much harder to others. Is that good? People who regularly make legend will get there faster.  I suspect by the end of the month we will see a much higher legend pool than we normally do, and "high" legend will be very different from "dumpster" legend.

Fantastic card. It's like Amani Beserker but better. Taunt Warrior will love this. Even Priest or Paladin - with the buffs they can use - will want to include this.

    I really like this.

Not sure about blessing of wisdom. I think the 6 mana Libram is better value - reduce all enemies to 1 health, equip a minor weapon. If you get that libram reduced to 4 or less mana it's great value.

Excellent card. You don't need this in a Murloc deck. Any deck can run this and on turn 8 you have a very strong board presence.

Don't forget the Libram of Wisdom is about buffing your minions. If you get it reduced to costing zero it could result in a strong swing turn on 9, imagine also playing BOK.

Divine shield minions are hard to remove - a single AOE won't do it.

The card is a reload for your hand. It will probably work in an aggressive, buff small minion deck. On turn 7, you know you can at least ensure you have plenty of spells back in your hand.

    It could work.

Quest Hunter is toxic now because you can play a rush minion EVERY turn. It's not even hard to activate the quest. I find it really demoralizing to face this deck in particular.

The entire rush mechanic is simply overdone.

80% of my ladder experience is Hunters (rush rush rush) or Rogues (lackey lackey lackey.)  I'm really tired of it.

Aggro Paladin plays 2 x this, 2 x Dread Corsair, and Truesilver.

Turn 4 could be 12/12 in stats and a weapon.

This is a fantastic card. It's like a more adaptable Blessing of Kings. Beast Hunter is missing a good one drop beast but there are playable cards in that slot. Add to this Dire Frenzy and you can buff your beasts and go face pretty easily. I like it!

    Rogue Galakrond

Shaman Galakrond (at least pre- nerfs)

    Warrior Galakrond

    This garbage.

Here's hoping the other hero classes get hero cards that are actually useful.

I foresee the end of Galakrond Shaman as a tier 1 deck. This makes some of the most powerful combos (think: Zentimo) much harder to do now.

Hit legend with Galakrond Shaman pre-nerf... now playing a mixture of odd decks, including Mech Paladin (new list from last meta), and it is going surprisingly well.

Am I the only so, so disappointed by the lack of a viable mid-range or even tempo based Dragon Deck in DOD?

I was expecting to see Dragon Paladin, Dragon Hunter, and maybe even Dragon Druid be at least moderately competitive.

Instead we have Face Hunter, Deathrattle Rogue, and maybe Galakrond Shaman (post-nerf; unclear.)

I barely see any dragons being played most of my games on the ladder.

I do see the occasional Highlander Deck use the new 9 mana dragon. Still, so disappointing.

Rogue and Face Hunter are really popular right now. Galakron Shaman is good but I don't think it'll be Tier 1 again. The nerfs really hit its tempo.

This is a much bigger hit to Shaman than it first appears. Is it worth running this card now on turn 1 where you only get a 1/1 and overload? I am skeptical.

The 2 attack meant you could trade into many potentially concerning 1 or 2 drops you opponent had. Now, they can laugh at your crappy one drop.

If Galakron Shaman is still tier 1 I predict quite a few changes coming to that deck. The early game will need some replacement cards.

    Big nerf.

The major advantage of this card was it could come down very early, clear an enemy minion, and get the buff into an 8 drop.

Now, it will be harder to even drop the card on the board. I predict this and mutate aren't even played in tier 1 Shaman decks. You need tempo with Galakron Shaman in particular for turns 1-4, before your bigger threats start to come down. The deck will need to adapt.

Pure Paladin. It's actually surprising good, but not tier 1. If you can re-load on turn 7 with the new card that gives you 5 random cards, it can be fun. Plus, you can tech in a lot of healing which is great against aggro decks.

However you are in big trouble vs. Shaman and their insane turn 7 or 8 moves. Also Rogue is hard if they get the deathrattle nonsense going.

But it's a fun deck to try and can catch some people off guard.
