So we’re looking at a card that works best if you can clone it let’s see Hunter mage and rogue can do this but Hunter is only one that would get something out of doing it due to beast synergy.
I’m a big fan of this card as a fellow Wild player! Mage drawing TOO MANY cards… “I’ll take that”. Seems good to me… Kings bane and burgle rogue stuff are still present on the wild ladder too! I like it and think it’s and ideal tech card.
Basically a Noob Trap, or something to introduce some chaos if it comes up through Evolve or Faceless Lackey. The cards you’ve built your deck around are gonna be better than a random legendary. The only exception is if you’re a very low-curving Zoo deck, but then there’s no consistent way to activate it. Unless you’re Zoolock, and he already has Rafaam which he never uses.
The effects are just so good, there’s no way you’re playing Galakrond but not playing this, unless you’re using like … Galakrond Rogue strictly for the Combo potential. Not much else to say!
really only quest hunter, knife juggler, and bloodlust seem to have a decent synergie with this. And if it get’s some support in DoD it’ll be even beter. Stand alone it’s already pretty good value, but in comparison with other DoD cards it just isn’t that strong
Sure, yay, more Highlander support I guess. Granted, with stuff like Quest Druid already playing Zephrys the Great because it can, it’ll also see play in those sorts of decks, and we really needed that deck, Nomi decks, and Warlock combo stuff to have another fall-back option.
Of course it’s a good card. It’s just a card I had the design of at this point in time seeing how Zephrys is often played.
It also really doesn’t help out the average cost of constructing a Wild Highlander decks since now there’s another legendary card you have no reason not to play for each of them.
The effect is very funny and creative, but the card costs too much to be part of any good combo. The only one that could be interesting is the one with shirvallah, but I don’t think it will be played because this legendary is completely useless without shirvallah.
Well this card is kind of admitting that Inkmaster Zolia was a bad card. I think this is pretty playable in Highlander Mage. Being able to 6 mana Flamestrike and put a 4/4 on the board for two cards is close to a Lord Godfrey, and that is a great card.
This is preety average, but not bad in a dragon control warrior. To be fair, I would prefer if Blizzard tried to give other things to Warrior except for removals, but I guess it’s not pushing mech warrior anymore (thank god).
Deathwing + Commanding shout board clear combo? While you do have to collect both in your hand to pull it off, you don’t really lose a card since commanding shout draws you another.
So you could argue otherwise that you want to use this with Vladris, but I’d say is just as good without it, or if your too late to play it and you just need a Demon Equal to your Hand size. And you need at least 5 Cards to be effective enough to use it since you’ll gain at the very least a +1/+1. I can see Controlocks out there averaging around 8 cards when they played this card, so to them it’s a 6 mana 10/10 body for them. Yes, a 6 Mana 2/2 is Hhorrendouse, but it’s just forcing you to play Handlock or Controlock. Even mid-range lock from time to time as well. Hearthstone learned their lesson with its counterpart; Spiteful Summoner and Astromancer, so if Mage can do it, why not Warlock? I think 4 stars is reasonable enough, just becuase Astromancer was a 7 Mana 5/5, and for 1 less Mana, your losing -3/-3 in Stats, but gain a Demon Tribe that also has Taunt, and Warlocks are giving it enough praise as it is as well. Otherwise we would have been Critical with this card and say that it was Trash, or we would say that it’s just a later version of Twilight Drake.
Again, dragon warlock seems to be actually viable. Sadly doesn’t work as well in arena because of conditioning but this is still amazing. 5/5 especially since it’s a dragon that helps add to the minion pool
Dragon Warlocks or Warlocks with a few dragons lying around are getting a better version fo Eviscerate of all things. Note that you don’t have to be a Dragon Warlock, as you can have a few legendary Dragons such as an Alexstrasza and a Ysera for example as Control Warlock and it could do the same amount of work as you wanted it to be. And same for someone like Zoo or Aggro Warlock.
Surprised by the low rating. Seems pretty good; it’s effectively a 3/1 (or better) and 2 1/1 imps for 3 mana. That presumes the invoke effect happens before the +attack effect, which may be wrong.

Proabably too expensive for an egg, and can backfire really hard. Also bad to summon.
I love how many new mechanics this set explores! Cards like these are a pleasure to see and try out.

Yeah, we really needed this

So a rapid fire mage running dragons with all the generating cards could still run as Highlander style.

Pretty crazy, but probably impossible to get out before like turn 6, even then it’s a very high power level card.
Neat card, for the future and for the past. But the current meta will be all about dem dragons!

Looks like demon lol is making a comeback by combining with zoo.
