Either the game just sucks ass or it's too generic to care about. No amount of 'advertising' is gonna make people spend their time.
Probably not as good as Cariel overall, but I don't think we should underestimate the possibility of forcing your opponent to spend mana in order to be able to damage you.
At 3-mana this could be pretty strong at holding off aggro until you can decisively stabilize.
